Welcome to the Boise Phil’s 2025-2026 Season!
From Music Director, Eric Garcia
This season, we embark on a thrilling musical journey, celebrating the power of live performances in the Treasure Valley. As we mark America’s 250th birthday, each of our Symphonic Series concerts will open with a work by an American composer, honoring our nation’s rich musical heritage.
Once again, we begin the season in the beautiful outdoor setting of the Idaho Shakespeare Festival amphitheater with Handel’s beloved Water Music, a majestic and fitting way to launch a season of unforgettable performances.
We are also proud to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Boise Phil Master Chorale, culminating in performances of Carl Orff’s epic masterpiece Carmina Burana. We will welcome extraordinary soloists, including pianist Joyce Yang, violinist Bella Hristova, pianist Stewart Goodyear, and Boise Phil’s own principal cellist, Philip Kettler, among many more.
We invite you to experience the holiday film favorite Home Alone, live in concert; embrace the nostalgic sounds of 70s and 80s pop with Sailing; and enjoy an electrifying, one-nightonly tribute to Queen.
It is an honor to bring this season to life for you, and I look forward to sharing these powerful musical experiences together.
Musically yours,

Eric Garcia
