Let us help you find the perfect site for your family reunion, company picnic, party, or wedding! Choose from a number of outdoor settings, including the Rose Garden at Julia Davis Park, a shelter at Ann Morrison Park, or a private evening at Zoo Boise. We recommend planning ahead and booking early due to the high demand placed on our parks. Reservations guarantee the location, date, and time for your scheduled event, subject to availability. Groups with reservations have priority use over drop-in users. A fee is required to reserve a facility. Fees vary according to the events needs and/or facility. Reservations for the following park shelters and picnic sites are accepted up to 11 months (1st business day of the 11th month) in advance for use from mid-April to mid-October. Weddings & Ceremonies
Celebrate your special moment at one of our beautiful park sites! Surround yourself with dozens of rose bushes in the Julia Davis Rose Garden or enjoy the tranquility of the natural setting of Kathryn Albertson Park or Marianne Williams Gazebo. Julia Davis Rose Garden and Kathryn Albertson Park Gazebos are restricted to formal ceremonies only. Receptions are not permitted at these sites. Up to 10 chairs may be hand carried in and out of each location. Julia Davis Rose Garden reservations are accepted beginning on the 1st business day in January for use from mid-April to mid-October. Marianne Williams Gazebo and Kathryn Albertson Park Gazebos can be reserved up to 11 months (1st business day of the 11th month) in advance of your special day for use from mid-April to mid-October. PARK FEES (208) 608-7644 Payment is required to finalize your reservation. Checks, cash, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or debit cards are accepted. Fees subject to tax. Reservation time blocks are available in four-hour blocks: • 7:00-11:00 a.m. • 12:00-4:00 p.m. • 5:00-9:00 p.m. All blocks include setup and cleanup time. REFUNDS Refunds are not issued when the cancellation is made less than 10 calendar days before the event. Use of site conflicts may result in a refund if verified by on-call staff. Refunds cannot be granted due to weather conditions or acts of nature.
PARK CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A $15.00 processing fee is charged on all reservation cancellations A $5.00 processing fee is charged to reschedule a date or locations on all confirmed reservations. Rescheduling cannot be made less than 10 calendar days before the event.
POOL RENTALS (208) 608-7680 Make a splash with your friends and family! Reserve a pool for your neighborhood, club or family party. The Natatorium, Ivywild, Borah, and Fairmont pools are available for use June 10-Aug. 17. For information, call Fort Boise Community Center at 608-7680.
COMMUNITY EVENTS (208) 608-7618 The Gene Harris Bandshell, Boise River Greenbelt, and many other park sites are available for walks, runs, festivals, concerts and other community events. Community events are those that are open to the public and advertised. Community events require a Special Event Application and proposal due to the City Clerk’s Office no later than 45 days prior to your event; 90 days for events which include beer/wine sales, but no earlier than one year prior to the event.
