- bulls are backed by strong maternal mamma cows. No fluff and puff here, we expect our cows to work hard and produce. - bulls are only backgrounded as yearlings and then ran on native grass for the summer. This means our yearling weights are not as high as some you will find. This increases the longevity of your bull. There is no pasture near the yard where they have the opportunity to be grained everyday. When we trail them out they are gone for the summer. - bulls started on a high roughage ration late fall. Mother Nature kept the bulls from coming home sooner this year. - we stand behind our bulls if you have a problem we are here to help.
