Welcome to the 2016 edition of the CLA National Sale. We have combined the December MLA Advantage Sale into a single event aptly named “The National Advantage Limousin Sale”. As you analyze the sale line-up, you will be impressed with the superior quality and rich selection of pedigrees. When we are out selecting only the best is good enough to be featured in our national event. Many leading Manitoba programs have stepped up and offered a tremendous selection of Limousin genetics. Unlike the record calf prices of 2015, this fall the calf market has dropped, but appears to have levelled off, with a profitable margin still possible. The trade off is grain and feeed supplies are abundant and more affordable than last year. Our “National Advantage Sale” includes a powerful red herdsire, a featured pick of an entire cow herd, a deep offering of bred and calendar year heifers, plus semen and embryo opportunities.
