The herd is built around strong cow families that have been consistent over the years. We believe in the power of the momma cow, and her ability to produce by utilizing forages. Cattle are our sole income and each and every cow on the farm must pull her own weight. Our bulls and heifers come to you out of the industry’s leading A.I sires and two of our own walking bulls. We take great pride in striving to find exciting new and upcoming sires. We have invested heavily in semen packages over the years and are very happy with the results. Some of the proven herdsires that are represented again this year are; State of War, Liberator, Kill Switch, Capacity, Affiliate & Alliance. We are very pleased with the job that our newest A.I sires are doing; Betts,Tycoon and Epic. You will see a large group of bulls again in our 2022 sale off these sires. We are excited to get the bulls out and working for our customers.We have something for everyone. The group of 5 heifers are out of our replacement pen. They are good honest heifers. All the pictures were taken in December. We made sure to get a picture of each and every animal for your appraisal. We are committed to the industry and are always striving to raise the best stock possible. All the bulls and heifers are on a full herd health program and have been poured with Ivomec. The calves are developed on a high roughage TMR ration that promotes growth and longevity. The bulls see no creep on grass or at weaning. We believe our bulls are muscled up and are in optimal condition to go out and breed. They’re weaned and put back out on a grass field until mid November when they’re put into their winter pens. If you can’t make it to the sale we are more than happy to assist you in your purchase. These four maternal brothers are transplant bulls that come to you with some extra age. Erixon Lady 126Y was the anchor of our 2013 show string. She had many accomplishments throughout the year, with the grandest being named top 10 in the Royal Bank Cup Supreme at Agribition. 126Y was one of the most consistent, highest valued cows on the farm raising some top end progeny. 126Y has 38 registered progeny. It would be pretty neat to see these brothers out walking with a large group of cows. Take note that 199G did lose his dam at 4 months of age and was on his own. She is nearly flawless in her design and was admired by many.
