ANGUS BULLS

First off we’d like to thank the Crosby’s for the awesome opportunity to buy this herd of black Angus cows. They have spent years building this group of “Calving Ease” cows. Most of these cows are 3 or more generations of calving ease! It’s incredible how consistent these calves are when they come. They come easy, have tons of vigour and actually have some grow which is surprising considering how small they start out. We were happy to be able to add these cows to our program so that we could offer our bull customers some real low birth weight heifer bulls.

Check out the EPDs on this heifer bull! He ranks in the top 1% of the breed for both CE and BW! If you want a true Calving Ease bull for your heifers don’t miss out on this guy. He came small but within a couple weeks he was wide backed and growing like a weed. He is very small headed and smooth shouldered.

We only have two of these Motown bulls but I wish we had more! I was so impressed with the small BW and Vigour in these calves when they were born and they have grown into real nice young bulls. Definitely heifer bull material.

This bull is out of a super nice cow with an awesome udder. Check out his WW of 790 lbs. not bad for a calving ease orientated bull! He has a real nice set of EPDs being above breed average on WW YW CE and being top 30% of the breed for BW.

This is a real nice bull. He’s long bodied with a nice hip and a wide top. A little more BW here than most of the bulls in this group but a real small headed smooth shouldered bull that will work great on those little bit bigger framed heifers we tend to see in this area.
