The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce Wild Game Dinner is a wildly popular event that draws people from near and far to experience the fun, the festivities and most importantly the FOOD! The thousands of pounds of gourmet game served up each year is second to none. Making this possible are the cook teams that work tirelessly to prepare and cook the food that attracts thousands of people from all over the Texas hill country and surrounding areas. “We love to do anything we can to support the Chamber and the local community,” said Dan Pedrotti. “Being one of the area’s token Italians I had to find a way to fit pizza into the Wild Game Dinner. I love experimenting with wild game meats and fish and I came up with these great wild game pizzas!” Pedrotti’s team consists of his sons Daniel, Christopher, Nicholas and Dominic Pedrotti, as well as Mike Cook, Rick Smith, Stephanie Baldoni and of course his wife Joyce.
