Beginning in 1984, Micheal Jackson's Video Vanguard Award has become one of the most prestigious awards one can obtain. The hype is centered around the Grammy's, rightfully so. However, very few music artists have a Vanguard award. It's exclusive. In addition, out of all 35 winners, only TEN women in music industry have achieved this milestone so far!
