Happy Mother’s Day

MOTHER’S DAY TREAT STRAWBERRY YOGURT POPSICLES Materials Fresh strawberries (1 cup) Vanilla Greek yogurt (1/2 cup) Light Cream cheese (2oz) Milk – dairy or nondairy milk (1/2 cup) Frozen ice pop maker Blender Parental help and guidance

Directions Combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and milk into a blender.

Puree until smooth.

Pour into popsicle molds Insert sticks and transfer to the freezer.

Freeze 4-6 hours and enjoy!

Tip: Make in the morning to enjoy during the evening

STEAM LEARNING CONNECTION: During this steam activity, your child will experience the processes of research, design, evaluation and presentation.

Boardwalk Summer Camp (Ages 6-12 years) Boardwalk offers a unique themed, learning-focused summer camp program for children 6 to 12 years. Your child will have a summer packed full of fun STEAM and literacy activities that sharpens academic skills, while embracing the joy of summer!

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE We are getting closer! We have experienced delays due to inclement weather; however, construction is moving along. The playgrounds are being installed. Our state of the art facility is coming together nicely. We can’t wait to meet our Boardwalk families at our Summer 2021 opening.
