Welcome to the Boardwalk Kids Club Handbook!

We are thrilled to have you join our team in spreading joy and creating unforgettable experiences for our Boardwalk families. We can’t wait to see all the magic you’ll bring to our youngest Residents.

Introducing the Boardwalk Kids Club

The ultimate adventure for children aged 5-11!

The Boardwalk Kids Club is a program designed for the children in our communities, whom we affectionately call our Boardwalk Cubs. These young members will have the opportunity to make new friends in the community while also receiving monthly activity kits and special Kids Club swag.

The program is divided into three seasonal sessions: Fall, Winter and Summer.

Each season includes four months of non-stop fun with endless activities and surprise events.

Program Seasonal Schedule:

As a member, our Boardwalk Cubs will receive:

• Personalised Welcome Package that includes a backpack, baseball cap and surprise gifts.

• Monthly At-Home Activity Deliveries

• One exclusive Kids Club event per season

• Exciting Contests & Giveaways

• The Chance to Win a Golden Ticket

Your Role in Making the Kids Club a Success

One of the main goals of the Kids Club is to spread the word about all the amazing fun perks and activities that are available for kids and families through our exclusive Kids Club Program.

Here are a few tips on how you can help us grow the Boardwalk Kids Club:

1. Get those membership numbers up! Help us grow the Kids Club. This means recruiting new members and getting the word out about all the awesome perks offered through the Boardwalk Kids Club.

2. Be a cheerleader! Share your excitement and enthusiasm for the program during viewings, rent renewals, and any other opportunities you see fit.

3. Be the go-to person for questions! This means you’ll be your building’s friendly face for answering questions and providing information about the Kids Club.

4. Be the connection between the Marketing Team and our Resident Members. Don’t worry – we’ll make sure you’ll have all the information you need to help!

5. Keep an eye out for those monthly activity kits. You play a key role in making sure each monthly kit reaches our Kids Club members on time— helping us deliver a consistent and exciting experience for every family.

We will provide you with all the tools and materials you need to stay involved in the Kids Club and remember, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Ambassador Tiers and Rewards Program

We’re excited to introduce a tiered incentive program to recognise and reward your hard work as an Ambassador for the Kids Club. Your referrals are cumulative, meaning your efforts will continue to build over time—so every introduction counts!

Tier 1: Happy Helper

• Criteria: Refer 3 families who successfully sign up for the Kids Club.

• Reward: A $25 VISA gift card.

Tier 2: Adventure Ambassador

• Criteria:Refer 6 families who successfully sign up for the Kids Club.

• Reward: A $50 VISA gift card and an invitation to a seasonal event.

Tier 3: Superstar Supporter

• Criteria: Refer 10 families who successfully sign up for the Kids Club.

• Reward: A $100 VISA gift card and an invitation to a seasonal event.

Pro Tip: Use your experience as an On-site Associate to identify families in your community who could benefit from the Kids Club. By doing so, you’ll not only help grow enrolment but also connect more children and families with the benefits of this amazing program.

We’ll provide you with all the tools and resources you need to be successful in this role, and our team will be here to support you every step of the way!

How to Submit Your Referrals

As an Associate, you can submit referrals by identifying families in your community who would benefit from the Kids Club. Complete the referral form by scanning the QR code!

You will receive a Kids Club Support Package complete with all the tools needed to help you promote and support the program in your community!

The Kids Club Ambassador Pin: This branded pin can be worn on-site to show your support for the Kids Club and help make it easy for families to identify who they can talk to about the program.

Business Cards and Card Case: These are provided so you can easily share Kids Club information with families who may be interested in joining.

B. Bear’s Big Book of Fun: You’ll receive a set of colouring books to share with families—whether during viewings or as a giveaway for those who want to learn more about the Kids Club. Use at your discretion!

B. Bear Plush Toy: Each site receives an official “B. Bear” plush to display in the Experience Centre or leasing office. This fun mascot helps create excitement and encourages questions about the program.

Complimentary Kids Club Membership for Team Members’ Children: Are you a proud parent? As a thank-you for helping promote the program, we’re happy to offer complimentary enrollment in the Boardwalk Kids Club for your children.

Hugs for Cubs Program

We’re proud to offer the Hugs for Cubs program— a heartfelt initiative that spreads joy and creates opportunities for children in the Boardwalk Community facing financial challenges.

How It Works:

• Bring Joy with a B. Bear Purchase

• Residents can purchase a plush B. Bear toy to help sponsor a child in the Boardwalk Community. Every B. Bear purchase gives a child free membership to the Kids Club, opening doors to exciting activities, experiences, and friendships.

• Waitlist for Families in Need

• Families experiencing financial constraints can join the Hugs for Cubs waitlist, ensuring they’re first in line when sponsorship opportunities arise.

How You Can Help as an Ambassador:

1. Spread the Word

Share information about the Hugs for Cubs program during conversations, Resident events, or property viewings.

2. Encourage Sponsorship

Inspire Residents to purchase a B. Bear toy, helping sponsor children in need and making a meaningful impact in the community.

3. Support Families in Need

Keep an eye out for families in your building who may benefit and guide them to join the Hugs for Cubs Waitlist.

The Hugs for Cubs program ensures that every child has the opportunity to experience the fun and excitement of the Kids Club, regardless of financial circumstances.
