Methods of Payment Online & Pre-authorized

Online Payment As simple as paying a phone bill, you can now pay your rent online from the comfort of your own home. No more lineups at the reception, unnecessary trips to the rental office or returned cheque fees!

How? Simply subscribe to the online services of your bank.

SIGN UP for the online bill payment services with your bank. All you have to do is visit your bank’s website and follow the instructions found on their site.

ADD FPI Boardwalk Québec Inc. to your billing list (contact your bank for assistance, if necessary).

CONTACT your rental office to obtain your account number. Once registered, you can pay your rent with a few clicks.

Please note that Internet transactions are not processed instantaneously and require 24 to 48 hours to be completed. To avoid late fees, we ask you to always make your payments at least two days before the due date.

Pre-authorized Payments This method of payment is undoubtedly the most convenient of all since you don't have to lift a finger: the rent will be automatically withdrawn from your account on the first of each month.

You can end this method of payment at any time.

How to Enroll?

You should first submit a void cheque in person to the Boardwalk's rental office.

Ask to speak to an Associate to fill out the appropriate forms. It’s as easy as 1-2-3!

About Pre-authorized Payments It is important for you to be aware that following a rental increase, the addition of parking fees or other fees, the preauthorized payment will automatically adjust to the new amount. If, however, you would like to pay these fees separately, please advise us and we will be happy to adjust the amount on your file.
