Our Vision: To be recognized and acknowledged as setting the standard as a premiere education and training organization in the Americas region. Mission: To create the building blocks and roadmaps for delivering the most advanced, timely curriculum through educational best practices to further enhance our relationships with all audiences – spanning the Americas region in 46 countries, in English, French Canadian, Portuguese or Spanish – resulting in an increase in revenue. Direction: To be determined by our ability to match our vision with effective, achievable strategies. Our success depends on how well we execute the strategies, activities and tasks that bring our vision to reality. In the face of constant change, we must be reactive in a decisive and quick manner by anticipating the impact of change, whether positive or negative. Key Initiatives: To help our Customers, Channel Partners and Employees achieve the desired results necessary to support their overall business goals. One of our key strategic objectives is to deliver the most innovative programs focusing on the results necessary to increase individual productivity, team performance and profitability. We help insure these results through the most advanced methodology and business practices and will continue to offer the highest level of support to the industry. To achieve this objective, we will continually assess the requirements, gain valuable feedback and work in a cohesive manner with collaboration with our Customers, Channel Partners and Employees. Another strategic objective is to challenge all boundaries through continued research on market and industry trends and technology advancements to not only meet today’s requirements, but also future requirements. A combination of proven methodologies, coursework and testing, the Motorola Solutions Certification Program (MSCP) builds learner competencies with Motorola Solutions technologies and solutions and certifies their expertise in solving their organization’s business problems effectively by applying such competencies.
