ally Milton Boyce of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Clifford Palmer Rinehart of Natchez, Mississippi, were married on May 21, 2016. A destination weekend wedding, both the ceremony and its ensuing reception were held at the beach home of Mr. and Mrs. Clark George Boyce, Jr., on Ono Island in Orange Beach, Alabama. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clark George Boyce, Jr., and the late Laura Watts Boyce of Baton Rouge. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Clark George Boyce, Sr., of Monroe, Louisiana, and the late Dr. and Mrs. Walter Joseph Watts of Ruston, Louisiana. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Dale IV and Mr. and Mrs. Michael Lloyd Rinehart of Natchez, Mississippi. His grandparents are Mrs. Earline Rinehart, presently of Natchez, and the late Mr. Lloyd Rinehart of Boonville, Mississippi, and Mr. and Mrs. Gene Stout of Baton Rouge. The

Most Reverend Charles Jenkins, retired Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Louisiana, officiated at the ceremony. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a Monique Lhuillier dress with chamomiles cascading down the front. A veil of French illusion complemented her gown. She carried a Bible from her stepmother’s grandmother; and in her bridal bouquet, she placed a handkerchief from her great Aunt Nelda Kidd along with a broach from her groom’s grandmother, a broach which held a photo of his great-great-grandmother and great-grandmother. Also as a remembrance, she wore a garter, dating from 1943, which had belonged to the groom’s grandmother. In one of her bridal slippers, she placed a silver sixpence. Florie Claire Parker Snyder served as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride’s three sisters Laura Elizabeth Boyce, Emalie Anne Boyce, and Katherine Clark George Boyce, all of Baton Rouge; the groom’s sister, Anne Elise Rinehart of Natchez; Jennifer Montgomery of New Orleans, Louisiana; Rosemary Mulvey of Lake Charles, Louisiana; Abigail Ricks of Lafayette; and Diana Elizabeth Wolff of San Francisco, California. They wore navy gowns in a variety of designs and carried bouquets of pink peonies. Menzie Patton Parker, God-daughter of the bride; Huxley George Self, niece of bride; and Kate Webb were flower girls for the occasion. They wore white Oscar de le Renta dresses and carried baskets filled with rose petals. Attending the groom as best man was his father, Michael Rinehart. Serving as groomsmen were Jon Thorning of Baton Rouge; Benjamin Martin of Houston, Texas; John Wilkie of New Orleans; Benjamin Wade Kurz of Baton Rouge; Stewart Woods of New Orleans; Patrick Vogt of Natchez; Stephen Adams of New Orleans; and Rob LeBlanc of Dallas, Texas. Eric Byrne and Daniel Gasquet of Natchez served as ushers. Mr. Ezra Elijah Self, God-son and nephew of the bride, served as ring bearer. They wore tan seersucker suits with a matching Guinea bow ties and boutonnieres, made by Brackish, handcrafted in South Carolina, along with navy dress anchor socks, which were gifts from the groom. The groom wore a navy and black seersucker tuxedo made by Haspel, the originator of the Seersucker suit from New Orleans, and a Brackish Green Pond feather bow tie and guinea feather cummerbund with over 500 feathers.
