Odyssey is designed to provide great academic care, but go beyond, into deep and worthwhile skills.

Our Year 7 Odyssey program takes young people on a personalised learning journey, encouraging them to explore their passions, while providing them with the essential skills necessary to excel in a constantly evolving world.

Our approach to futures learning is the culmination of extensive research and the finest teaching methodologies from educators around the globe. Our team has visited Perth, Barcelona, Wales and the United Kingdom to observe, engage and design our Odyssey model. Odyssey blends the most effective approaches to learning with the intent of fostering a lifelong love for discovery, while also enabling our young people to flourish in all aspects of life through Project Based Learning (PBL).

Odyssey offers a unique educational approach. Our program centres on three distinct learning channels, ensuring that students acquire the essential Stage 4 knowledge and skills as outlined by NESA. However, we achieve this through a tailored, integrated, and personalised methodology.

Pursuit

Our ‘Pursuit’ channel encourages young minds to passionately pursue an understanding and mastery of knowledge and NESA content with the intention of unleashing their potential, fueling a lifelong journey of growth and a genuine love of learning.

Coaching

Sometimes students become ‘stuck’ with new learning. Our ‘Coaching’ channel is a session that is scheduled weekly with their Odyssey Coach, who will mentor students through ambiguity towards new levels of learning and understanding. Odyssey extends beyond mere academic content and leads students to become effective world-class learners.

Quest

We know that if we engage our young people emotionally, we will engage them educationally. Our ‘Quest’ channel strategically connects the learning and understanding mastered in Pursuit, and positions it into a real-world problem that needs to be solved.
