an you believe it is already November? I don’t know about you but this month kicks off the holiday season for me as well as my family. This year hasn’t been the easiest for many but I choose to live in gratitude and choose to count my many blessings! I hope you will too. As I think on this past year (that has seriously flown by), I realize that I have a lot to be thankful for. I am thankful for my health, my family, my friends, this magazine, this community, our advertisers and of course YOU! I am reminded, especially now, of the saying, “Enjoy the little things in life because one day you will realize they were actually the big things.” Let’s start out this season of thankfulness by realizing that Thanksgiving doesn’t have to be one day of the year...it can be a mindset for every day of the year.
