Hello Team!
Can you believe it's June already? We can ' t either! We're halfway through the year, so let's take a moment to reflect on our journey. Time flies, but if we look back, we ' ve accomplished so much and faced challenges head-on.
Now's a great time to check in on those goals we set at the beginning of the year. Have you ticked any off? Are you halfway there, or do you need to take action?
We hope you have a fantastic summer, whether you ' re traveling or enjoying Dublin's beautiful parks, beaches, and mountains. Let's celebrate our progress and get excited for what's to come!
JUNE
YOUR INFORMATION
It is very important that you update us with any changes regarding your contact details Make sure we have up to date phone number, email address, home address and next of kin details. We all know how often address might change living in Dublin so don’t forget to update us as soon as you can!
NEST POLICIES
Everyone must read and tick the policies on your NEST portal If you struggle to reactivate your account:
If you try multiple attempts at the login page, the URL sometimes gets longer Please make sure that you go to https://nest.bluebirdcare.co.uk and click ‘forgot password’ You should then be able to login once the system sends you a new link.

DRESS CODE
Please take note of the Bluebird Care Dress Code and Hygiene Policy, as we ' ve had recent incidents of non-compliance This policy ensures a professional image and supports Infection Prevention and Control to protect our clients
Here are some key points:
Uniform:
Must be clean, ironed, and worn correctly (buttoned up fully). ID badges must be worn at all times Contact the office if you need one. Undershirts can be worn, but sleeves must be rolled up above the elbow Trousers must be black; no leggings.
Hair/Nails/Jewellery:
Nails must be short; no false/gel/artificial nails
No jewellery or watches.
Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied up.
Hygiene:
Maintain a good standard of personal hygiene

RACE FOR REVIEWS

As our company grows, we ' re continuously improving our quality, communications, and services A big part of this is building client trust through great Google Reviews
Competition Details: Race for Reviews!
Teams: Teams as they are lead by the team leader, will compete to gather the most reviews. Team Leader will have to track their teams gathered reviews and present the results at the end to Evelina
What to Do:
Get 5-star reviews! Each carer can write a review about their experience working at Bluebird Care
Dublin South
Collect client reviews Encourage clients to write reviews, even just a few words Only those with a Gmail account can write Google reviews, so offer assistance or ask their next of kin if they can help Be mindful and respectful Not every client will want to write a review Approach clients who are likely to give positive feedback, and accept refusals graciously
Winners: The team with the most reviews by August 1st wins an exciting day out at Dublin Art Bar!
NURSES
What to Do:

Winners: The nurse with the most reviews (keep a note of clients who enter a review), by August 1st, will receive a luxurious treatment of your choice (facial or a massage) in Edward & Pink Medispa (Dundrum)
