Personal mobile phones at work The use of personal mobile phones whilst working or caring out work related tasks and activities is restricted only for the use of the PASS syaytem and communicating directly with the Bluebird Care office or one of the office members of staff. Personal voice calls, all messages, emails and internet use are strictly prohibited unless it is deemed an emergency. Universal Credit Drop In Universal Credit is a new benefit introduced by the Department for Work and Pensions. It replaces 6 means tested benefits for people of working age ((Housing Benefit, Income Support, Child Tax Credit, Working Tax Credit, Income-based Jobseekers Allowance and Income-related Employment and Support Allowance) If you are already claiming benefit, you don't need to claim the Universal Credit unless you need to make a new claim for benefit. At the drop in you can get help claiming UC online, Advice from Camden Citizens Advice, and information about the free digital courses and drop in sessions available across the borough DROP IN: Every Friday at Kentish Town Library from 13:30 to 15:30.
