Dear Valued Customer, I am very proud to present to you the Fosters Spring Fayre 2016 Brochure. The range is now 215 lines with 97 exclusive products unique to Fosters and 123 new products not previously seen in any Fosters Spring range. This year, we continue to support local producers and we have listed 159 products from British suppliers including Meragnz, Dean’s of Huntly, Choc on Choc as well as our own Fosters range. Following the success of the Fosters Gifting range in 2015, we have extended the range along the best-selling themes and ideas. The Gardeners Mug gift set which was the third best-selling gift line, now features a ‘plant pot mug’ which was awarded gift of the year during 2015. Fosters gifting is also extremely popular with the Floats and Ice-Cream Sundae gifts having polled in our top-five gifting lines of 2015, so we have extended this range to include the extremely popular boutique jars and brand new for 2016, Fosters Pint Glass Gift Set with Pint Pot Sweets. A new brand for this year is Merangz, available in two different formats. Merangz are lovingly handmade from a traditional swiss recipe, using free-range eggs from Shropshire. Teamed with cosmopolitan flavours, they have a crisp shell, and heavenly marshmallow centre.

Launched at Christmas, Dean’s as a brand has proved extremely successful. For Spring, we are delighted to offer you an extended range, based around Christmas best-sellers. We are particularly excited about the Raspberry and Oatmeal and Lemon Curd and Oatflake flavours. The fruity and zesty flavours are delicious and a perfect taste of spring. Choc on Choc have developed a wonderful range of novel & unique products, which make a great alternative gift. The strawberry punnet and vegetable punnet stand out from the crowd and at a moment’s glance, look extremely lifelike. Handmade from the finest blend of Belgian milk, dark and white chocolate, they really will have customers eating their greens! We are really excited about the new Tonkeys products for Spring 2016, especially our hero product the Tonkeys Egg Hunt Box. The Egg Hunt has become very popular at spring, and a growing trend and includes an array of individually wrapped chocolate eggs and figures, a basket and arrows – everything you need to create the perfect egg hunt. Our improved personalised range, which we launched earlier on in the year is delivering strong growth and our in-house designers are busy dedicating their time to the perfect design. In this Spring range, we are delighted to offer you Caramel Summer Fruits Popcorn with a unique, delicious toffee coating which tantalises the taste buds and has brilliant visual shelf appeal. Lastly, I would like to personally thank you for your continued support and feedback of the Fosters Seasonal Ranges over the last twelve months and I can promise you that you can expect more of the winning formula throughout 2016. All prices shown are strictly net and are subject to change without prior notification. Every effort will be made to maintain prices, but exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes and variations on raw material costs may necessitate immediate price changes, and all orders are accepted on this basis.

Minimum Order & Delivery Map
New Accounts
Two satisfactory trade references must be received before a credit account may be opened. All initial orders must be pro-forma and paid for by cheque, credit card or by credit transfer into our bank account (please ask for further details).
Credit Terms
Our terms are payment within 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not made within the agreed terms, we reserve the right to charge interest at 2.5% above the prevailing base rate to the invoice value, excluding any interest or other costs should court proceedings become necessary. However if the debt is paid within the agreed terms no interest shall be payable. Re-presented cheques are all charged £10 for each re-presentation.

You can place orders directly with your sales contact/Territory Manager or by email, telephone, faxing or writing to our Customer Service department in Market Harborough. Please state clearly your account number, product code, product description and quantities of items required. Please be aware that our product and price list is constantly changing and some items you order may not be currently stocked. If in doubt please call Customer Services on 01858 438000.
Deliveries:
Carriage paid orders are subject to a minimum order value, please contact Customer Services or your Territory Manager regarding delivery charges. Timed deliveries are subject to charges, please contact the Customer Services team for further details. Although every effort will be made to deliver goods as ordered, the group cannot accept responsibility for any delay for circumstances beyond its control and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss arising from any failure to supply under any circumstances.
Cancellation of Orders:
All orders placed form a contractual agreement between both parties. We reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee for all cancelled orders: 28 days or less prior to requested delivery date – 40% of order value 14 days or less prior to requested delivery date – 100% or order value
Delivery Discrepancies Claims

Claims should be made to the Group’s Credit Administration Department within 24 hours of receipt of goods on telephone 01858 438018. All goods must be counted upon receipt and any shortage noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. If customers are unable to check on receipt, the POD must be signed “UNCHECKED”. All goods must also be checked for damages upon receipt and any damage must be indicated on the delivery note at the time of delivery. If customers are unable to check on receipt, the POD must be signed “UNCHECKED”.

Photographic evidence of the damage will be required to validate the claim. Any claim in respect of the above should be made by telephone (01858 438018), facsimile (01858 433606) or email (marian.ward@ fosters-foods.co.uk) to the Group’s Credit Administration Department within 2 working days of the delivery. Claims submitted after this time will automatically be rejected.

Goods which have been in your possession for longer than 21 DAYS cannot be refunded for credit. Credit cannot be given for goods that are already price marked. Product quality issues can be discussed with the Customer Services Manager on 01858 438065. In the interests of food safety, the Group cannot accept the return of opened or part packs of products unless by prior agreement with the above Manager. Please note: Goods cannot be returned without an uplift note.
Title
Until payment in full of the purchase price, together with payment of all other sums due from the customer to the Blueberry Group Limited for the property in the product (The Goods), the Goods shall remain the property of the Blueberry Group Limited, but the risk therein and all liability to third parties in respect thereof shall pass to the Purchaser on delivery. The Purchaser shall keep the Goods in such a manner that they shall be identifiable by the Blueberry Group Limited. The Purchaser may sell the Goods in the normal course of its business but in a fiduciary capacity as bailee of the Goods and shall hold and pursue all claims to proceeds of their sale equal to the price of the Goods for and on behalf of the Blueberry Group Limited. In the event of non-payment by the Purchaser by the due date, the Blueberry Group Limited shall be entitled, in addition to all other rights, to enter any premises where the Goods may be, and recover possession of them. Unless specifically agreed in writing by a director of Blueberry Group Limited, this retention of title clause supersedes any other third party terms regarding retention of title.
