ABOUT THE INSTRUCTIONS

Read through the entire manual before beginning the assembly work. Follow the instructions in the directions for optimal assembly.

The purpose of the assembly instructions is to facilitate correct installation and to inform about applicable regulations. Remember that the instructions are for your safety and the safety of others.

The directions apply to the assembly of frames with heights of 2100 mm and 2500 mm.

OUT-OF- PLUMB

The out-of- plumb must not exceed X= H/350

ASSEMBLY & CONTROL

Control of the assembly must be performed before using the modular shelving to assure that the instructions for assembly have been followed.

REARRANGEMENT

When rearranging or moving the installation -contact Brännehylte Lagersystem.

DAILY CONTROL

The modular shelving must be checked daily, so that no load-bearing parts that affect the load capacity of the modular shelving are damaged. Damaged load-bearing parts must be exchanged immediately.

According to law, the modular shelving must be checked at least once a year so that it is in accordance with the assembly instructions.

PERIODIC CONTROL LOAD SIGN

Each installation must be equipped with a visibly placed load sign. Supplied load tag shall be attached on each shelf.

ANCHORING

The rack must be anchored to the floor if the height/depth relationship exceeds 5:1.

Note that the holes in the uprights must be aligned before beginning the assembly of the bracket.

WITH Side panel

The side panels are divided into two sections. Side panels with a height of 2100 mm are divided into one short and one long section.

Mount the panels with bolts facing towards the side panels and the nuts facing towards the frames.

WITH

BRACE/BACK CROSS

Assemble the back brace on the inside of the upright for the best fit!

Make sure that the correct hole meets the upright when the beveled edges are lowered towards the footplate.

SIDE PANEL/BACK PANEL

Place the upper and lowest shelves first before adding the other shelves to increase stability.

Multimonti 7,5x40 mm

If necessary, anchor the rack with a Multi-monti at each footplate.

Do not anchor the rack to the wall.

For assembly of maximum section loads exceeding 1,500 kg - please contact Brännehylte Lagersystem, for a correct brace diagram!

Fasteners for the assembly of double racks with back panel are not included. Contact BLS when assembling a double rack!

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS DRAWERS

Attach brackets for drawers at each frame.

M6 10 mm

Mount the telescope slide to the bracket by pressing it into the inner hook/hole and pressing down the outer.

Assemble the box in the telescope rail by pushing into the inner hook/hole (A) and pressing down the outer (B).

Racks with drawers must always be anchored to the floor!

Do not tighten bolts immediately! Center first and then tighten the bolts!

Attach the lower door runner after assembling the upper door runner.

Attach the upper and lower sleeves to both doors.

Note that 2 sleeves must also be mounted on the lock door of the panel.

Assemble hinge, lock plate and self-drilling screw at the sleeve at the bottom of one of the doors.

A Attach the door at the bottom!

Place the upper part of the door by the upper door runner. Assemble hinge, lock plate and self-drilling screw, (as in step 3). Attach the door at the bottom!

Repeat steps 3-4 to assemble the second door.

Press the locking unit in until it clicks!
