We LOVE seeing your content. It enables us to tell stories and share the personalities of all our wonderful sites and people.

The following pages provide some guidelines to help us have fun whilst presenting our brand in the best way possible.
LESS IS MORE
We don't need to bombard our channels with content (or spend all of our time trying to generate it). But every now and then, something presents itself that is worth taking a picture or video of.
A beautiful sunset.
A smiling colleague.
A great event. These are the moments that tell the story of our spaces best, the moments that only our site teams can capture, and great imagery is what we strive for.

Images

Aim to take a variety of shots, from different angles and distances, so we have options to choose from.
Videos
↓
Shoot in portrait, hold your phone steady, and if you want to add movement, pan slowly from left to right. Avoid filming children or images that may share personal information.
PROCESS
01.
Upload event to: Marketing & Events Calendar ↗ 2 weeks in advance*.
02. Event detail, partner information and any supporting assets should be emailed to: events@blockworkspace.co.uk social@blockworkspace.co.uk
03. Copy will be written by Social Media Manager, along with any production of branded assets (if required) and the post will be added to the Social Media Content Planner for approval.
04. Please capture content during the event and upload to Marketing Chat on Teams so they can be shared on Stories or used for postevent messaging by Social Media Manager.
This provides enough time to schedule post around other campaigns. Shorter notifications will be accommodated where possible, subject to planned activity.
PROCESS
Upload content to Marketing Chat on Teams or use WeTransfer for larger files such as video.
02. Any suporting detail or information can be mentioned within the Marketing Chat or alternatively emailed to: social@blockworkspace.co.uk
03. Copy will be written by Social Media Manager, along with production of any branded assets (if required) and post will be added to Social Media Content Planner for approval.

We encourge all teams to share (and like) approved BLOCK LinkedIn content on their own personal profiles.
To share your own BLOCK content and moments, please note the following guidelines:
Any BLOCK tagged content should be approved by the Social Media Manager — please share a screengrab via the Marketing Chat on Teams prior to posting. 01.
Where mentioned, BLOCK should be spelt in capitals at all times, and include the relevant location hashtag, eg: #BLOCKplymouth 02.
