As the Head of Finance, Claire is one of the founding members of the BLOCK team and has been an integral part of its growth into what has become an awardwinning business during an extremely unpredictable financial period. She prides herself in supporting all areas of a business to achieve the best results within a budget.
As Head of Operations, Katy has been part of the BLOCK team since the beginning, helping shape it into the award-winning business it is today. Passionate about creating streamlined processes and delivering exceptional experiences, she work’s closely with the teams to optimise performance and support the business in achieving its goals.
Niall is a chartered surveyor helping to acquire new spaces for BLOCK across the UK. His previous experience at organisations such as CBRE, The Walkie Talkie Building and regeneration specialists Urban Splash makes him ideally placed to "bridge the gap" between the traditional property world and the fastgrowing flexible office sector.
