Listen, it's 2025, and we are way past giving our hard-earned coins to businesses that don’t support us. If a company thinks they can quietly gut their DEI initiatives and we won’t notice guess again! Just look at Target, which fumbled the bag big time, losing 15 billion dollars after ditching its DEI programs And they’re not alone other businesses have been backpedaling on their so-called commitments to equity, proving that their "inclusivity" was just a marketing stunt But guess who’s still standing ten toes down? Toyota and Costco, who continue to invest in diversity and uplift Black people and women So, instead of spending your money where you aren’t valued, let’s redirect our dollars to businesses that actually walk the talk. Because at the end of the day, our support is a privilege not a guarantee.
