FAQ • 01. How to order a rental item? • To place an order, leave a message on the contact form on our website. • Also please send us an email us directly at info.blissrentalsandevents@gmail.com and we will review your request and a team member will be in touch to confirm product availability, as well as answer any questions you may have. • 02. Do you have order minimums? • Our current order minimum is $300 before tax. • .03. When should I place my order and what is required to secure it? • We recommend reserving as soon as possible to ensure availability. The items are not secured until we have received a signed contract, as well as a 100% damage deposit • 04. How long can I have my order?

• Our items are priced for a 24 hour use, however, for orders being picked up from our warehouse can be picked up the Friday before your event and return the Monday after your event. If you require the rentals for a longer, please contact us via email for long term rental rates. • 05. When do you require final numbers? • They are due no later than 14 days before the event. Once you have your final numbers, please send us an email and we will update the order accordingly. • 06. Do you charge extra for delivery? • Delivery/pick up is calculated at an additional fee based on venue location as well as order size. Please send us an email with the event details and a member from our team will be able to provide an accurate quote.

07. Do you offer set up services?

Yes we do, however, please contact us for availability and associated fees.

08. What are your payment terms?

To reserve an order, we require a full payment and a 100% refundable damage deposit. Note, we will not accept reductions less than 5 business days before the event. Increases can always be accommodated, subject to availability. •

09. What happens if items are returned broken or damaged?

We charge a replacement fee for all damaged, broken or missing items rental items and packaging. Replacement fees vary by item and are dependent on the value of the item itself, shipping costs, and our ability to resource and restock it. If there is an issue, a member from our team will be in touch as soon as possible to inform you of the missing or damaged items before the damage deposit is charged for the replacement. For more information on specific items and replacement fees, please contact us. •

10. What forms of payment do you accept?

As forms of payment, we accept email money transfer as well as credit card. EMT payments can be sent to info.blissrentalsandevents@gmail.com No password is required, and we request that you kindly reference the invoice or quote number in the note section of the e-transfer. If you prefer to pay via credit card, you can conveniently do so online through our booking software. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.

11. What if the venue/staff agency damages the items? The client who signs the contract remains responsible for the rental as well as any damages, broken or missing items for the entire rental period.

12. Do we need to clean the items?

We take care of all cleaning and sanitizing procedures upon return. We do ask for any excess food to be scraped/ rinsed off our dishes/flatware and any liquid to be emptied from our glassware prior to repacking. It is important to ensure that napkins and linen stay dry and free of food to avoid damage. All items must be returned to their original packaging prior to the return.

• 13. Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom? • Yes, our showroom is open by appointment only, Monday-Friday during the hours of 5pm-8pm. To book an appointment, please email us to reserve an agreeable time • 14. Do you ship within and outside Canada? • Yes, we ship within and outside Toronto and to the USA, depending on the nature of the items required. • All glass and breakable items will need to be specially packaged and will attract additional fees, please contact us via email for more discussions
