Our team arrives with everything needed for a flawless hat bar setup, premium hats, a wide variety of custom patches, our professional-grade heat press, and all display materials. We come prepared so you don’t have to lift a finger!

PRESS & PERSONALIZE

Once the event kicks off, guests choose their hat and patch, then watch as we press it on-site in minutes. This live customization creates an interactive moment that draws people in and gets them talking.

CAPTURE & SHARE

While guests admire their new hats, we encourage photos, videos, and social sharing to extend the experience beyond your event. It’s free organic marketing that keeps your brand in the spotlight.

SMOOTH PACK-UP

At the end of the event, we break down quickly and discreetly, leaving the space just as we found it, only now your guests are leaving with custom merch they’ll actually use.

EVENT SET UP

Our team will arrive on-site at least 45 minutes before the beginning of the event to set up.

Our team must have access to power within 100 feet of our table.

The number of heat presses and personnel will be determined based on the event time and number of attendees.

Our team members can wear standard Blink Marketing apparel or your branded merch for the event.

LEAD TIME

Plan enough lead time between booking and your event to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day.

PRICING

$2,500 Minimum event fee (includes pressing up to 250 hats)

Hat Price: From $5.00 - $20.00 each based on brand, style and quantity

Patch/Transfer Price: From $1.00$7.00 each based on size and style of patch or transfer

Travel expenses TBD based on location and staffing requirements

ADDITIONAL FEES

Hotel, fuel and flight charges apply to all Events and Activations happening outside of the Nashville, TN area.

These expenses are billed after the event.

Estimated travel costs are sent to the client ahead of the event for approval.
