I am a creative and passionate person who loves to explore and express my ideas. I have an insatiable curiosity that drives me to discover new things, and this has allowed me to come up with creative solutions in different areas of life. My name is Bledina and I’m a social media manager.

I manage Social Media accounts, and I’m great at it! I love to make sure that each account is set up to be the best it can possibly be, from the creative vision to the technical implementation.

I also love working with people and helping them get their message out there.

I have a knack for understanding what people want, how they want it communicated, and what works best for them.

I am hard-working and talented, so much so that I was recently promoted to be the lead social media manager at my company.

HI THERE,

I worked for a period of two years in this profile, bringing monthly creative themes to life. I was responsible for all aspects of the project, from brainstorming and creating the mood boards to developing the final concept.

The first step in creating every month grid was to choose the theme: researching for monthly threads. This is where I began to create content that would be useful and interesting for followers. After that, it was necessary to develop a plan with the designer for the development of the idea, so it could be launched in the best way.

I used different themes to create instagram posts that would inspire viewers to take action and swipe for more.

This job involved a lot of creative thinking and writing. I had to create articles that would appeal to a wide audience, and get them excited about the product.

IT MAGIC I’ve been looking for a way to give the Instagram audience a magical feeling about our products. So I came up with this idea: #CallitMagic. If you've ever wondered how to describe an experience that makes you feel like you're in a magical word, this is it.

STORY CREATION

Conceptualizing and delivering content strategies for multiple audiences, leveraging various platforms and upholding brand values, narrative, and authenticity. Finding creative ways to reach new and current audiences with relevant, timely and informative content.

Main duties:

Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Publish posts and stories according to the established social media content calendar.

Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice.

Where Magic Happens

As a creative director, I created the St. Valentine's campaign based on a magical story that every couple would love.

This campaign focused on 5 romantic activities that the hotel would offer its guests:

-Serenade - The perfect way to surprise your partner with an intimate moment in the hotel lobby after a day of sightseeing.

-Romantic Dinner - Plan a meal together in one of our private dining rooms, so you can be as romantic as you want to be and enjoy some privacy at the same time.

-Wine Tasting - Pick from our wine list, which includes hundreds of different wines for every taste preference.

-Romantic Spa - Take advantage of our spa services and indulge in a hot stone massage or chocolate facial treatment.

-The breakfast- Grab some coffee and get cozy with each other while catching up on work or watching a movie; the possibilities are endless!

The main job in this profile was to create a creative concept for social networks.

I worked for a period of one year in this profile, bringing monthly creative themes created based on the following four main principles:

1. Make sure the content is engaging and entertaining, but also informative and useful.

2. Using storytelling techniques to make the audiences feel connected with the brand and its values.

3. Keeping it simple!

4. Being consistent! Posting regularly enough, everyday post scheduled.
