TEAM #A4 INCREASES THEIR LEAD TO 40 POINTS EVEN WITH BRIAN’S BANK ROUND OF 42 THAT GETS CLOPPERED BY #A9 KEN CYMBALSKI WHO COMES INTO THE CLUBHOUSE WITH HIS BEST ROUND OF 45 TO TAKE 21 POINTS!! NICE ROUND KEN! Team #A8: Doug Busam & Nate Hood: Doug’s round looked like a battle zone with multiple doubles and quads that brought him into the clubhouse with his worse round of the season, a disappointing 57. His round consisted of 3 doubles on the first three holes. He broke up the doubles with a quad on #13 and added yet another double on #14. He made a final quad on #15 and finished his round with three more doubles. A valiant effort Doug. Nate finally posted his best round of the season coming into the 19th hole with a 44. Nate played bogey golf for the first three holes. He notched his only par on #13 before making a double on #14. Nate finished like he started, this time four bogeys in a row. Nate finished with (1) par. Nice round Nate. Team #A9: Brent Cymbalski & Ken Cymbalski: For the second week in a row, Brent struggled to get his round back down in the upper 30’s to lower 40’s, posting a decent round of 43. After and opening bogey, Brent nailed back to back pars with some nice shooting. Hole #13 cost him his first of two doubles. He notched a
par on #14 and then struggled to make any more pars as he made three bogeys in a row. The final par 5 cost him his 2nd double. Brent finished with (2) pars. Good try Brent. Father Ken had his best round yet in the league coming in with a nice round of 45. An opening double was followed by a nice par on #11. Then back to back bogeys followed on #12 & #13.The tough double water hole, #14 bit into Ken’s round with a double. Ken made a bogey on #15 but found his second double on 16. He made a nice recovery nailing a par on the #1 handicap hole on the back, hole #17. Ken finished with a bogey on #18 and a nice round. Ken finished with (2) pars. Great job Ken. Team #A1: Stan Dreslinski & Ray Ressler: Stan fell off last weeks good round by two strokes coming in with a 44. Stan started with a bogey and notched his first of two pars on hole #11. After taking a bogey on #12, Stan found back to back doubles on 13 & 14. His final par came on #15 and Stan finished out with bogeys on his final three holes. Stan notched (2) pars. Good try Stan. Ray again posted an ok round but continues to struggle with his putting that cost him at least 3 strokes in his round. Ray started his round with a double but notched his first of 4 pars on #11. Ray made a bogey on #12 and notched another par on #13. Hole #14
cost him his 2nd double as the water bit him for an extra stroke. He put together back to back pars on 15 & 16 before finishing with a bogey on 17 and double on 18. Ray comes in with a 43, posting (4) pars. Good effort Ray. Team #A2: Andre Viger & Ken Huyghe: Ken had to go in for a stress test and was unable to attend week 9. Please remember to keep him in your daily prayers for a positive out come from the test. Andre continues to shoot very well, coming in with a 36, a one over par round in last weeks competition. His card was a stroke short of parring the course. He was hot on his first three holes, nailing a par on #10, birdie on 11 and par on #12. He took a bogey on #13 before getting back on the par train. He made them on 14, 15 & 16. Andre took one more bogey on #17 before finishing with a solid par on #18. Andre finished with (6) pars and (1) birdie. Great round Andre.
Team #A3: Wayne Davidson & Rusty Ellison: Wayne played a little worse than the previous week as he comes into the clubhouse with a 44. Wayne started slow posting and opening double on #10. He posted pars on #11 & #13 sticking in a bogey on #12. Hole #14 took a chunk out of his round as he posted a triple. He looked like he got it back together notching back to back pars. The final two holes did the final damage, as he posted a bogey on 17 and double on 18. Good round Wayne. Wayne finished with (4) pars. Partner Rusty played one stroke better than his partner coming in with a 43 in last weeks round. Rusty opened with a par before taking a double on #11. He added back to back bogeys on 12 & 13 before getting stung by a double on 14.Rusty notched back to back pars on 15 & 16 before closing out his round with back to back bogeys. Rusty finished with (3) pars in his round. Good try Rusty.
