TEAM #A6 (NATE & TREVOR) INCREASE THEIR LEAD OVER 2ND PLACE BY 10 POINTS AS WE HEAD INTO OUR 2ND POSITION ROUND OF THE SEASON NEXT WEEK!! GOOD LUCK ALL!! Team #A6: Nate Hood (43) & Trevor Vallus (46): For the second week in a row, Nate comes in with a very nice round, posting a (43). Nate started with bogeys on 1 & 2 and made par on #3. He did the same on 4 & 5 posting bogeys and made it back to back pars on 6 & 7. He stumbled a bit with a bogey on 8 & double on 9. Nate finished with (3) pars. Trevor had a decent round but not like last week. He comes in with a (46). Trevor had some major problems on #1 as he got clipped with a quad. He notched his first of two pars on #2, the first par 5. He posted back to back
bogeys on 3 & 4 and notched his final par on #5, the second par 5. Hole #6 got him for a double and the 2nd par three for a bogey. Trevor nailed a birdie on #8 but dropped two more strokes on #9 as he posted his 2nd double. Trevor finished with (2) pars and a birdie. Good rounds by both. Team #A7: Bill Gaunt (44) & Steve Ciaramitaro (Bk64): Steve was out of town last week and a bank round of (64) was used against his opponent. Bill dropped a stroke off last weeks round, coming in with a (44). Bill had some starting problems, posting an opening double followed by a bogey on the first par 5. After notching a par on #3, Bill got his second double on the first par three, hole #4. He bogeyed his
Way to the 2nd par three, there he nailed his 2nd par. One more bogey on hole #8 and a final par for a better finish on #9. Bill finished with (3) pars. Good effort Bill. Team #A8: Billy Alessandrini (50) & Doug Busam (47): Billy was pacing along with rounds in the forties the last three weeks, but stumbled a bit coming in with a (50) last week. The tough #1 handicap hole did not give him much trouble as he posted a bogey. The first par 5 bit into his round with a triple and a double followed on #3. He made bogey on the par three #4 and then dropped two more strokes with a double on the 2nd par 5. He made bogeys on #6 & #9 sticking in a par on #7 and a final double on #8. Billy finished with (1) par.
Partner Doug has put three straight rounds in the 40’s together, posting a (47) in week 7. Doug also started with a bogey and took a double on the first par 5, hole #2. He bogeyed his way through the next three holes and then took a quad on the par 4, 6th hole. He finished on a better note, notching pars on #7 & #9 sticking in a final bogey on #8. Doug notched (2) pars. Nice round Doug and good try Billy. Team #A1: Brian DeRita (40) & Dominic DeRita (39): Brian continues to shoot well, coming in with a 4 over par round of (40) last week. Brian opened with a bogey and took a double on #2. After a bogey on #3 Brian nailed a par on #4. He made a continued below left
Very nice birdie the 2nd par 5. After the bogey on #6, Brian finished on a strong note. He nailed pars on 7, 8 & 9 for a very nice end to a decent round. Brian notched (4) pars and (1) birdie. Dominic came in one stroke better than his father with a (39). Dominic opened his round with a par on
1 with a very nice putt. It was back to back bogeys for him on 2 & 3 before getting his round back into a decent groove. He got on a 4-hole par run, taking him to the 8th hole. He proceeded to make a bogey on 8 and then finished with a par on #9. Good finish Dom. Dom comes in with (6) pars. Nice shooting by both players.
