TEAM #A3 (ANDRE VIGER & KEN HUYGHE) INCH CLOSER TO THE LEADERS - TEAM A6 (NATE HOOD & TREVOR VALLUS) GAINING A POINT FROM LAST WEEK!!

Team #A2: Pat Nellis (40) & Cory Routheaux (Bk41): Pat continues to play great and posts a 40 in last weeks round.

Pat got off to a slow start, posting back to back bogeys. He nailed a par on #3 and made his third bogey on #4. Pat got hot and nailed pars on holes #5, #6 & #7 before stopping the run with a bogey on #8.

Pat finished with a par on #9. Pat notched (5)pars. Cory was on vacation and unable to make last weeks round. He posted a bank round of (41) to match up against his opponent. Nice round Pat. Team #A3: Andre Viger (41) & Ken Huyghe (42): Both players continue to post nice rounds and closer to 1st, now only trailing by 8 points. Andre got bit by a triple on the first hole. He drained a 35 foot birdie putt on the first par 5. He notched pars on the 3rd & 4th holes before stopping the run with a bogey on #5.

After back to back pars, on 6 & 7, Andre finished with back to back bogeys and a round of (41). Andre notched (4) pars and

back into the groove and came in to the 19th hole with a nice (42). Gary like others got off to a slow start, posting an opening bogey. He made a par on the 2nd hole and then got stung by a double on #3. He then finished on a bogey par-par run. Gary posted bogeys on 4, 6, & 8. He notched pars on 5, 7 & 9. Gary posted (4) pars. After last weeks tough round, Ray rebounded with a half way decent round of (43). Ray opened his round with a double. He nudged a bogey on hole #3 between pars on 2 & 4.

After a bogey on the 2nd par 5, Ray put his second double on the card on hole #6. Ray finished a bit better, notching pars on 7 & 8 and finishing with a bogey on #9. Ray finished with (4) pars.

Nice job by both players.

Team #A5: Warren Hood (48) & Jim Turner (46): continued below left

(1) birdie. Ken now has leveled off and posts his third round in the low forties, coming in with a (42). Ken started with a double on #1 and double on #3 sticking in a par on #2. He notched back to back pars on #4 & 5 before posting his third double, this one on #6. Ken drained a great birdie on #7 before finishing with a bogey on 8 and par on 9. Ken notched (4) pars & (1) birdie. Nice rounds by both.

Team #A4: Gary Kwapik (42) & Ray Ressler (43): After Gary’s debacle round towards the end of the first half, he has gotten

TE AM #A1 BRIAN DERITA COMES INTO THE CLUBHOUSE WITH THE BEST ROUND OF THE NIGHT, POSTING A (2) OVER (38). PAT NELLIS POSTS A (40) WITH ANDRE COMING IN WITH A (41) !!

Warren had his fair share of problems in last weeks league play, coming in with a (48). Warren has a hard time getting on track as he started with a double and after the bogey on the 2nd hole, Warren made back to back doubles.

He made a par on #5 and added back to back bogeys on #6 & 7. Hole number 8 clipped him for a triple and he

Finished on a positive note, notching a par on the final par 4, hole #9. Warren finished with (2) pars. Jim continues to shoot steady in the mid 40’s.

Jim comes into the watering hole with a (46). Jim started like his partner did, posting a bogey on #2 between doubles on #1 & #3. Jim notched a par on #4 and then proceeded to bogey his way into the clubhouse on his final 5 holes. A much better finish than the start. Jim notched (1) par. Good try by both..

Team #A6: Nate Hood (55) & Trevor Vallus (49): The first place team lost ground for the 2nd week in a row as both players seemed to struggle some last week. Nate started with a double in his round of (55) but followed with a par on the first par 5. The 3rd hole clipped him for his first of three triples in the round. After nailing a par on the first par three, Nate took a double on #5 and his second triple on #6. Hole #7 and #8 took a huge toll on his round.

He tripled the par three #7 and took a quad on the 8th hole. He finished with a final double. Nate posted (2) pars. Trevor started his round with a bogey but got stung by a triple on the first par 5. After nailing a par on #3, Trevor followed with a bogey on #4. His next two holed did major damage as he posted a double on

#5 and quad on #6. Trevor finished with back to back bogeys but finished on a good note with a par on #9.

Trevor notched (2) pars in his round of (49). Valiant effort by both players.

Team #A7: Bill Gaunt (42) & Steve Ciaramitaro (54): Bill comes in with a nice round of (42) in week 11. Bill got off to a slow start as he posted an opening double. He notched a par on the first par 5 and then got bit by a triple on #3. He nailed a par on the par three 4th and followed that with a birdie on #5. Bill finished with a bogey on 6 followed by back to back pars on 7 & 8. Bill closed out his round with a final bogey on #9. Bill notched (4) pars and (1) birdie. Steve continues to hang in the low 50’s, coming in to the clubhouse with a (54) last week. After the opening bogey, Steve made back to back doubles. He bogeyed hole #4

Billy finished with back to back doubles on #7 & #8. He finished with a solid par on #9. Billy finished with (1) par. Doug also struggled this week, dropping his round out of the 40’s for the first time in six weeks. Doug got stung by a triple on the first hole and doubled the first par 5. He notched a bogey on #3 and nailed a par on #4. The next 2 holes took a huge toll on his round. He posted a double on the par 5 and added six extra strokes on the par 4 - 6th hole. Doug recovered for two holes, posting back to back bogeys. The final hole, #9, clipped him for a final triple. Doug POSITION

Notched (1) par in his round.

Good try by both players in some tough rounds.

Team #A1: Brian DeRita (38) & Dominic DeRita (45): Brian led all golfers into the 19th hole with a very nice three over par round of (38). Brian came out of the gate with a barrage of pars nailing pars on the first 4 holes.

He got to 1 under as he notched a birdie on #5. He then got into a bogey rut, posting three in a row. He did finish on a good note nailing a final par

and the bottom caved in on the next two holes. Steve made back to back triples. He posted a double on #7 and nailed a very nice par on #8. Steve’s final hole did the rest of the damage as he posted a quad. Steve notched (1) par. Good shooting by Bill and nice try by Steve.

Team #A8: Billy Alessandrini (58) & Doug Busam (55): This team seemed to struggle coming in with some higher scores than what they have been posting the last several weeks. Billy’s first three holes pretty much dictated his round of (58) as he opened with a triple on 1, double on 2 and quad on 3. His double on #4 was followed by a triple on #5 and quad on the tough #6 hole.

Continued below left on the 9th hole. Brian posted (5) pars and (1) birdie. Dominic had his problems in week 11.

After an opening bogey, Dom found back to back doubles.

He bogeyed the par three 4th and nailed a par on #5. Dom then bogeyed #6 and #7 before notching a par on #8. Dom finished with a bogey on #9 for his round of (45). Dom notched (2) pars. Good try by Dom and nice round by Brian.

TEAM #B2 (BILL MARSACK & RON CORFIELD) MOVE INTO 2ND PLACE AS WE ARE A FEW WEEKS AWAY FROM OUR THIRD POSITION ROUND OF THE SEASON~TWO WEEKS FROM TONIGHT!!

Team #B2: Bill Marsack (45) & Ron Corfield (62): Bill & Ron have climbed the ladder and now sit in 2nd place in the standings. Bill leads the ‘B’ flight in with a 45. After the opening bogey, Bill made back to back doubles. He notched back to back pars on #4 & #5.

He made a bogey on #6 and #7 and took his 3rd double on #8.

Bill finished solid with a par on #9. Bill finished with (3) pars.

Ron struggled right from the Norm took a quad on the second par 5 and made his final double on #6. Norm finished better, posting back to back bogeys and a nice par on #9. Norm finished with (1) par. Good try by both players.

Team #B4: Tim Weigel (52) & Matt Zuber (53): Tim & Matt continue to stay on top, and have a 9 point lead over 2nd place Team #2. Tim started with a bogey but got into quad trou-

Ron closed out his round with a double on #9. Nice round by Bill and good try by Ron. Team #B3: Larry Ball (52) & Norm Giraud (55): Larry continues to struggle to get back into the 40’s as he comes in with a (52) last week. Larry started with

He again seemed to level out and made back to back bogeys again, on 6 & 7. Tim finished with back to back doubles in his round of (52). Matt’s rounds have been like a seesaw, one week they are down and the next week they are up.

Matt started with a triple on hole #1 in his (53). He then got on a doubles train, starting on #2 and ending the doubles run on #5. He nailed his only par on the tough #6 hole and bogeyed the 2nd par three. Matt posted one more triple and a final double on #9.

Matt finished with (1) par.

Ernie opened with back to back doubles on holes number 1 & 2. He got stung by a triple on #3 and double on #4. He found his second triple on the 2nd par 5, hole #5. Ernie then added back to back doubles on 6 & 7. He ended his round with one more bogey on #8

posted a triple on #5 and followed with a quad on #6.

He made one more bogey before the bottom dropped out again. Steve finished with back to back quads.

Team #B6: Erv Rock (55) & Jim ‘Coach’ Loughead (55): Both Erv & Coach posted the same score in last weeks rounds. Erv had his problems to start as he opened with a quad.

Erv really got on the double bogey express as he started with one on #2 and did not stop posting doubles until he reached hole #8. Erv finished with a bogey on #9.

Coach stuck in a double between triples that he posted on #1 & #3.

Coach looked like he made a decent recovery, posting back to back bogeys on 4 & 5. It didn’t last long as hole #6 cost him another triple. He bogeyed #7 and finished with a double on 8 and final triple on 9. Valiant effort by both players. doubles on 5 & 6. Brian stuck in a double on #8 between triples posted on #7 & #9. Brian finished with (1) par in his round of (60). A valiant effort by both players.

Team #B1: Ken Kelchner (49) & Denny Obenauer (Bk 46): Denny will be back this coming week after a couple of weeks of vacation. A bank round of (46) was used against his opponent last week.

Ken continues to have up and down rounds. This week it went up as he came into the clubhouse with a (49). Ken started with a triple POSITION

Team #B7: Mike Kove (52) & Rand Hewitt (60): Mike returned from his surgery and relayed he is still a bit sore, but was able to play in week 11.

Mike opened with a triple on #1 and made back to back bogeys on 2 & 3.

After a double on the first par three, Mike nailed a par on the 2nd par 5, hole #5. Three of the last 4 holes did the most damage as he posted a double on #6 followed by a triple on the 2nd par three. One more bogey, posted on #8 and then a final triple on #9. Mike finished with (1) par. Rand had his problems as well, posting back to back doubles to start. He got clipped by a quad on the 3rd hole. He then leveled out some, posting back to back bogeys on 4 & 5. The last four holes did the rest of his round in. A quad on 6 was followed by a double on 7, triple on 8 and 5 extra shots on #9. Good try by both players who all out of second place by 6 points. on the first hole to get off to a slow start. After nailing a par on #2, Ken took his first of four doubles, on hole #3. He bogeyed his way through the next two holes, taking him to hole #6. There he made his second double, which was followed by his third double, this one on the par three, hole #7. Ken nailed his second par on the 8th hole before finishing with a double on the final hole. Ken nailed (2) pars in his round. Good effort Ken.

Team #B8: Bill Folson (52) & Brian Hewitt (57): Bill returns from a very nice vacation and had a bit of a struggle getting back into the swing of things.

Bill opened with a tough triple to start. He made a bogey on #2 and then added back to back doubles. He nailed his only par on #5 and finished with double bogeys on his final four holes. Bill notched (1) par in his round of (52). Brian started a bit better, posting an opening double on the first hole. Trouble cropped up fast on the 1st par 5 as Brian added 5 extra shots over par. He made a double on #3 and nailed his only par on hole #4. Brian again stalled a bit, posting back to back continued below left
