AMPI Y EL PROGRAMA DE MOVILIDAD HIPOTECARIA DEL INFONAVIT

l

a Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI) firmó un convenio con el Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit), en el que se otorga a los asociados de AMPI acceso a la bolsa inmobiliaria del instituto mediante el programa Cambiavit, permitiendo la comercialización, venta y cambio de residencia de la mano de un profesional inmobiliario. Dicho programa estará a disposición de los más de 4,200 asociados de AMPI para asesorar a los acreditados interesados. De esta manera, en un año, los asociados podrían abarcar hasta 70 mil de los créditos otorgados por el Infonavit, ampliando el número conforme el interés y el alcance que genere el programa.

Esto garantizará el crecimiento del sector inmobiliario, pues por cada operación se estarán comercializando dos inmuebles. El acreditado subirá al portal del Infonavit el inmueble que desea vender y podrá elegir a uno de los asesores de AMPI, quien llevará el proceso de comercialización y compra de una vivienda nueva.

El beneficio para los acreditados es la reducción en el costo de gastos notariales y promoción del inmueble, mientras que para los miembros de AMPI es formalizar la promoción de créditos Infonavit y acceder directamente a la bolsa inmobiliaria del instituto.

De esta manera, se fomenta la diversificación económica, aprovechando la ubicación geográfica estratégica y la conectividad aeroportuaria nacional e internacional. No debemos olvidar que el estado de Quintana Roo representa para México el acceso al Mar Caribe y la plataforma de conexión a gran parte del mundo, a través de uno de los centros aeroportuarios más grandes en esta zona del territorio mexicano. Sin duda, esta oportunidad abre la puerta al desarrollo de nuevas economías e inversiones no necesariamente turísticas, sino logísticas y comerciales.

The idea of launching this project dates back to 2016, arising from the invitation extended to hospitality businesses by the Secretary of Tourism, Enrique de la Madrid, for them to replace their imports with domestic production, this way fostering economic diversification by taking advantage of this strategic geographical location and of the national and international airport connectivity. We must not forget that the state of Quintana Roo is Mexico’s access to the Caribbean Sea and the connection platform to a large part of the world through one of the largest airport centers in this area of Mexican territory. Undoubtedly, this opportunity opens the door for the development of new economies and investment, not only in tourism, but also in logistics and commerce.

STRATEGIC ALLIANCE FOR INVESTMENT The Strategic Projects Agency of Quintana Roo (AGEPRO*) and the National Bank for Public Works and Services (Banobras*) have signed a collaboration agreement to boost private capital participation in order to develop public-private partnership projects in our state. The Proyectos México webpage (proyectosmexico.gob.mx), a federal government initiative to be run by Banobras, will serve to that end. The digital platform concentrates investment opportunities from throughout the country into a single website, positioning it as a reliable source of information for both Mexican and international investors. The AGEPRO already has an initial portfolio of strategic projects included in the 2016-2022 Institutional Program, soon to be uploaded to the platform for its promotion. The objective will be to discover alliances and more financing sources.

Los trabajos de rehabilitación del Boulevard Colosio están encaminados a mejorar la imagen urbana de esta arteria, una de las más importantes de la ciudad de Cancún, pues por aquí circulan más de 180 mil vehículos semanalmente.
