2016 International Snow Carving Competition Organized by Whitehorse Snow Sculpture Association Local, national and international snow carving teams compete from Feb. 23–27. Judging takes place on Saturday, Feb. 27 at 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with awards handed out at 3 p.m. on location.
