Grand Forks, Christina Lake and other rural communities in B.C. are eligible to benefit from an up to $75 million Rural Dividend designed to assist communities to transition their economies. The announcement about the rural dividend was made by Premier Christy Clark at the recent Union of British Columbia Municipalities on Sept. 25.
