She grows potatoes and dries them to be reconstituted later, and makes various flavours of potato chips deep fried in grapeseed oil. She also makes dried soup mixes, sundried tomatoes, as well as sells baking and vegetables straight from her garden. Visitors to the market will find all sorts of canning, locally grown eggs, meat, baking and more.
