The deadline is just one week away to have your say on ideas for the future of the Riverview Hospital lands in Coquitlam. BC Housing, the agency charged by the provincial government to conduct the visioning process for the 103-year-old site, has set Jan. 16 as the cut-off date for feedback on illustrations depicting possible future uses for Riverview.

Cops seeking suspects in iD thefts, suspicious spending 3 sought in PoCo and Coquitlam sarah Payne

Coquitlam Mounties are asking for the public’s help in identifying three identity theft suspects involved in a number of crimes.
According to an RCMP spokesperson, a Coquitlam woman was contacted on Nov. 17 about a credit card in her name that she knew nothing about. Investigators later determined that several cellphones, credit cards and lines of credit had been taken in the woman’s name. The offences occurred between Sept. 30 and Nov.
