Spring-fed water source of high quality could become bottled water Jessica Peters AGASSIZ OBSERVER
An application has been made to the regional district to rezone an area near Chehalis to build a water extraction plant. The water would be extracted from a spring-fed source on private property. The company making the application is called Christopher's Spring Water Inc. (owned by Chris Lepine), and the public hearing was held last night in Harrison Mills, after press time.

The draft bylaw and a staff report regarding the proposed project are available on the Fraser Valley Regional District website. The 48-page staff report includes a brief summary of the proposal.
