Delta man nabbed after crime spree A Delta man has been arrested following a crime spree that included robberies, stabbings and collisions which spanned three cities. Jonathan Leblanc was arrested Sunday night and charged with robbery and assault with a weapon for a robbery. At 6 p.m. Sunday, police allege Leblanc was speeding on Highway 91 in Richmond when he rear-ended a minivan with three people in it. The van was sent spinning down the highway, and Leblanc fled on foot. ❙ See story, A3

Property values dip in South Delta The taxable value of homes in South Delta are down this year, according to figures released by the provincial assessment authority. Homeowners across the province will be receiving letters in the mail this week with the exact figures for their 2014 assessment, with those in South Delta seeing a slight decline. ❙ See story, A4
