Saturday, July 27: Westbridge Air Show starts at 1 p.m. sponsored by the Kettle River Model Flyers. 6 km north of Westbridge on Christian Valley Rd. No gate charge – bring lawn chairs – 4-H food booth. Sunday, July 28: A special showing of “Hell and Mr. Fudge” at the Gem in Grand Forks. Info under the Our Coming Attractions link at http://gemtheatre.net Saturday, Aug. 3: Riverfest at Market Gardens in Rock Creek 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3 at 9 a.m. & Sunday, Aug. 4 at 1 p.m.: Art Walk in downtown Rock Creek. Aug. 2-5: 25th annual Boogie Bash at the Rock Creek Fairgrounds. Aug. 3-4: Sky High Blues Festival in Rock Creek. The best blues ‘n’ BBQ party you’ll have this summer. Aug. 3-5: Rugby tourney in Greenwood. They are expecting between 8 and 12 teams. Begins on the pitch at around noon on Saturday. There will be up to 15 games on Sunday and a breakfast followed by farewells on Monday morning. Thursday, Aug. 8: BCBRA Barrel Racing at Rock Creek Fairgrounds starting at 7 p.m. Aug.16-18: Co-ed ball tournament - at the Rock Creek Fairgrounds Ball Field. Aug. 16-18: Old Country- Western- Bluegrass Weekend at Midway arena. Aug. 23-28: A Country Bluegrass Weekend at the Greenwood Ballbpark.
