After college, Tanner continued his journey alongside his father, and eventually, in partnership with his father, Marty, they expanded their efforts into a more diversified business model. While his father focused on managing building projects, Tanner took charge of the commercial and residential excavation and landscaping division.

Together, they worked for over a decade to build a strong foundation in the industry.

As time went on, Tanner and Marty began to see a growing need in their community Rapid City and the surrounding areas were seeing increased demand for housing They began discussing how they could make a broader impact, not just in terms of building homes, but by creating communities that foster a true sense of belonging. Through research and discussions, they discovered View Homes, a national builder with a focus on the Midwest and heartland regions. They felt an immediate resonance with View Homes’ values and culture, which led to Quinn’s franchising with View Homes.
