ABOUT THE Conference WHAT IS A BEAUTIFUL BIKER? The Beautiful Bikers Conference & Awards was designed to honor the women of our Motorcycle Community. Our event highlights the fearlessness and sisterhood of women who embrace the passion of the biker lifestyle. We honor female motorcycle riders and clubs, in celebration of their triumphs in the community and accomplishments on ground.

This is our 7th conference and we are proud to curate an uplifting and exciting experience in our hometown of Long Beach! Year after year, riders often find new riding buddies and create lasting friendships here. We’re excited about meeting women from all over the country, and hope you are too! From the beginner to the intermediate, we encourage you to continue to push the boundaries of your comfort zone. Our speakers will give you the tips and tricks to grow your confidence level to take that first ride, host and event, plan a cross country trip, or an international journey.

The term “Beautiful Bikers” isn’t meant to sexualize women who ride. We get enough of that in mainstream bike mags and motorsports events. This isn’t about women draped over bikes, with sultry looks. We recognize women for their passion, mileage, sisterhood and service, not their sex appeal or the customized bikes that never make their way out of 3rd gear. There are no awards for cutest outfits, or hottest bikes. To be RECOGNIZED, you must love the RIDE. We invite you to join us and be inspired by the journey of our speakers and honorees. This is a Celebration of these awesome Women who seek out the wind. We find beauty in this Sisterhood created by the Road. You are cordially invited to ride with us.

THE HONORS Lifetime Achievement Award, presented to a woman who has spent decades ground pounding and has paved the way in our community.

Ground Pounder Award, presented to one or more woman who has achieved 15,000 or more miles in a year.

Beautiful Bikers Award, presented to a group or club who exhibits Excellence in Sisterhood and Gained Mileage on Motorcycle Rides through two or more states in a year.

Sisters in Service Award, presented to a women’s organization who has exhibited Excellence in Sisterhood & Community Service in a year.

Renaissance Rider of the Year Award, presented to a woman who has inspired others through riding and service.

Sean Rucker

Sean’s dedication to empowering women through her brand, SportBike Chic, has been nothing short of inspiring.

Her journey from frustration to entrepreneurship serves as a testament to the power of determination and the impact of a single individual in a maledominated industry. Her story is one of breaking barriers, pursuing dreams.

Lisa Malachowsky

Lisa founded Dive & Ride Adventures as an outlet for women riders to travel via motorcycle and dive tours.

Lisa has more than 35 years of professional experience in both the diving and motorcycling industries. She is a Total Control Training motorcycle safety instructor.

Lisa will share her international riding adventures, and help us prepare for riding abroad.

nikki Anderson

Nikki Anderson is half of the Gixxer Sisters, along with her sister and riding buddy Shaina. Nikki is also a member of the Polaris Empowersports Diverse Riding Council and an Influencerz from a family of Avid Motorcycle Riders.

She uses her platform to bring awareness to helping feed the homeless and promote unity against gang violence.

She’ll share her experience on our content creators panel.

sylvia salenius

Syl Salenius learned to ride in 1977 and has gained a wealth of riding experience over the years. She’s a rider, racer and world traveler. She’ll join our Riding Abroad panel and share her world travels, having been to Finland, Estonia, Poland, Austria, Japan, New Zealand and Australia for bike rallies and tours, and ridden in Czech Republic, Latvia and Lithuania.

Tiffany Rene Rhone

Tiffany Rhone is a multitalented individual who wears many hats in her professional life. Her true passion shines as an moto influencer on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.

She’ll share tips about her dedication to using her platform to inspire others & embrace the thrill of riding on our Content Creator’s Panel.

Helen “Qwn B” Brown

Helen Brown’s journey is one of inspiration, impact, and boundless dedication. she is known for her roles as a community organizer, advocate, and a loyal member of the Biker World. She’ll share her journey from passionate rider and community leader to content creator and an influencer on multiple platforms.

Katie “The Truth” Jones

Katie’s passion for motorcycles became a driving force in her life. As her love for riding grew, she acquired a her bike, “Medusa” and dedicated herself to bike building from scratch. Motivated by the love and support she receives from her community, she’ll shareher story on becoming and Instagram and youtube content creator.

Shantell Williams

Shantell Williams is the Executive Chef and Owner of Shantell’s Just Until Restaurant & Lounge in the Sanford, FL community.

Shantell rode the 48 States twice; once in 27 days & the second time in 23 days solo. Sharing the story of the legendary Bessie Stringfield on her ride, she made friends & gained sponsors.

She’ll share her journey as a biker, entrepreneur and content creator.

Porsche Taylor

Porsche has turned her passion for riding, writing and events into a career as the founder of Black Girls Ride Magazine. She also serves as an ambassador for Indian Motorcycle and Polaris Slingshot. Porsche loves to inspire women to ride outside of their comfort zone. She’ll share her experience on brand and event creation.

Patrice “Foxy” Johnson is an icon in the Motorcycle Community, renowned for her unwavering dedication to the culture. As the General Manager for the MC Professional Convention, aka “The PROC”, she has played a pivotal role in shaping and elevating motorcycle conventions. She is also the Founder of the North Carolina All Female Ride Committee and serves as the North Carolina Ambassador and Rider leader for the Black Girls Ride Movement, passionately championing female riders all over the country.

Education and empowerment are at the core of Foxy’s mission.

She has a deep passion for educating and assisting bikers, and her extensive experience within the motorcycle culture reflects her commitment. With decades of riding under her belt, she’s a true road warrior, delighting in meeting fellow bikers on thrilling road trips. Her heart belongs to HONDA, her first love, and she’s now a Honda/Harley hybrid biker babe.

Beyond her love for motorcycling, Foxy is a successful IT business executive managing global teams. She’s also a travel entrepreneur, sharing her knowledge on building wealth through travel. Her career has opened doors to travel opportunities and global connections, reflecting her broad horizons.

Foxy’s focus on community outreach and collaboration has led to numerous volunteer opportunities and community leadership roles.

Her immense love for helping and uplifting others shines through in all she does.

While her career and biking are passions close to her heart, family always comes first. Foxy cherishes spending time with her husband Disel, a fellow biker, as well as her children and grandchildren.

We are thrilled to recognize and celebrate the incredible Patrice “Foxy” Johnson and her outstanding contributions to the motorcycle community. Foxy is the epitome of what it means to be a Beautiful Biker and we are proud to add her to our legacy!

We are thrilled to present the Beautiful Bikers Club Award to the outstanding K9 Too Motorcycle Club. This award recognizes their unwavering commitment to sisterhood and their incredible motorcycle journeys. K9 Too Motorcycle Club has a remarkable history that reflects their dedication to female riders.

It all began with Buttascotch, a trailblazing woman who rode with the guys when K9 M/C was established in 1998. However, her husband had concerns about her frequent rides with the male members, fearing she might be offended by their conversations and actions. She was undeterred, knowing that there were other women who shared her passion for riding. Initially met with resistance, Buttascotch’s determination prevailed, and the concept of a female version of K9 was born.

Founded on February 11, 2006, K9 Too Motorcycle Club was initially comprised of spouses of K9 M/C Mother Chapter members, the club later welcomed all females who shared a love for motorcycle riding. The founding members, including Buttascotch, Lil Tyme, Serious, Paradise, Phatal, Bambi, Latin Lady, Lady Dee, Lollipop, and Sassy, laid the foundation for what would become one of the largest All Female Motorcycle Clubs in the country.

Since its inception, K9 Too Motorcycle Club has grown to encompass multiple chapters across the nation, including Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and members spread throughout the country. Their dedication to sisterhood and their passion for hitting the open road have made them a force to be reckoned with in the motorcycle community. We are proud to celebrate the remarkable K9 Too Motorcycle Club as a part of the Beautiful Bikers legacy.

Cynthia “Snacks” Franklin, developed a passion for motorcycles that began at a tender age of 8, when she hopped on her trusty old Suzuki dirt bike. With her dad as her guiding influence and mentor, she was immersed in the world of motorcycles. Together, they would tinker with machines, disassembling and reassembling them, cleaning carburetors, replacing spark plugs, and hitting the road until the next repair was needed.

This early introduction and Cynthia’s unwavering affection for motorcycles laid the foundation for a lifetime of two-wheeled adventures. As an adult, Cynthia’s passion has taken her to incredible heights. In recent years, she has had the privilege of riding motorcycles in a staggering 17 countries, exploring diverse terrains and cultures. Cynthia’s commitment to her craft is evident in her numerous Iron Butt Association certifications and successful completion of several S.C.M.A. rides, demonstrating her endurance and dedication.

Among the many memorable journeys, Cynthia’s most remarkable feat has been her expedition from the top of North America to the bottom of South America, a breathtaking ride spanning from Prudhoe Bay, Alaska to Ushuaia, Argentina. Her riding style is as unique as her adventurous spirit, frequently taking the scenic route, embracing U-turns, and capturing the moments through countless photographs. Her mantra, “every mile is a memory,” and her philosophy of “live and love today” serve as a testament to her love for life and the open road.

Cynthia “Snacks” Franklin, is an undisputed Ground Pounder, and has become an inspiration to women across the nation, who dare to dream of their next adventure. We are proud to add her to the Beautiful Bikers Legacy!

The Women’s Moto Project, a non-profit organization founded by the remarkable Amanda Hazzah and Tara EL Naggar, is committed to providing female motorcyclists with a supportive environment for continuing their training while honing their skills. The highly experienced, licensed instructors believe in empowering riders, instilling strength and knowledge, and helping every rider succeed and connect with those who share the same passion.

Amanda Hazzah’s journey into the world of motorcycling began at the age of 17 on her Uncle Bob’s farm in Vermont.

Amanda pursued training and track days in the Boston area and became a certified MSF Instructor in 2001. After a decade of training riders on the West Side, Amanda moved to Long Beach and started Clutch Motorcycle Training Inc. Amanda, along with her colleague, decided to create a unique training program tailored to women motorcyclists, giving birth to The Women’s Moto Project.

Tara EL Naggar, the other half of this incredible duo, brings her own wealth of experience to the project. Her love for motorcycle trips and camping with friends knows no bounds. With over 20 years of experience as a motorcycle skills trainer and rider, Tara presently trains the Navy, Marines, Air Force, and the Army. She is an internationally certified instructor with a Master of Science Degree in Education.

The Women’s Moto Project offers monthly subsidized motorcycle classes designed specifically for women, by women.

They provide a safe, environment for riders of all levels to learn and grow, with drills ranging from basic operations and safety to advanced techniques for handling challenging roads. We salute The Women’s Moto Project for their outstanding commitment to the women’s riding community.

Becky Tarts began her journey through the world of motorcycles in her hometown of Grand Island, Nebraska. With both of her parents being avid riders, weekends were synonymous with family motorcycle adventures. In 2002, she returned to California, and that’s when her true motorcycling adventure began. She started exploring Southern California on her boss’s 2000 Buell Blast. Six months later, fate would lead her to Willie, her husband. It was around this time that she made a pact to put her riding on hold, at least until their child turned 10.

On March 23, 2014, just two months after Willie’s passing and two months before their son, Alexander “A.J.,” turned 10, Becky finally fulfilled her dream of owning her motorcycle. It was a brand new Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200 Custom. This motorcycle became her sanctuary, an escape from the world without Willie. Less than a month later, she had AJ on the back, and mother and son set out on countless open-road adventures.

Becky credits her first Beautiful Bikers Conference in 2016 for giving her the knowledge and confidence to start riding long distances and step outside her comfort zone. She is passionate about listening to others and following their adventures through social media. Her love for the open road has connected her with people from around the country and the world who share her passion.

A true leader and a source of inspiration for her friends, Becky has ridden over 150,000 miles, participated in several IBA rides, completed seven Ride1KinaDay rides, co-founded The Litas Inland Empire, and serves as an admin for the Have Iron/Will Travel!!!
