MODERN MILLENNIAL… Although skinny jeans are having a tough time making their comeback, that is not the case for ballet flats. Flats are back and the MUST-HAVE shoe for Fall. Although we will see knee-high boots also favored for the season, the flat will be the go-to staple in your closet.
