Hailey’s retro inspired sportswear collection has officially hit shelves. The 13-piece Fila x Hailey for spring/summer 2025 fuses sport heritage with contemporary style and has been “designed with Hailey’s effortless sensibility,” adds Fila in the press release.
The collection aims to "reinvent Fila classics with a modern twist" offering wardrobe staples, such as T-shirts, sweatpants, and sports bras for “versatility-blending fit, function, and timeless ease to move seamlessly through the day” in a color palette of black, white, green and yellow.
NIKE X SKIMS
A few weeks ago, Kim Kardashian introduced NikeSKIMS to her 358 million Instagram followers. Alongside a photo of the brands’ combined logos, the mogul wrote in the caption, “A new brand coming this spring for the body obsessed.” This marks Nike’s first long-term partnership with an outside company. Although there are no product images that have surfaced yet or exact launch date announced, the press release confirmed the “extensive fitness line” will feature apparel, footwear, and accessories. With that said, you can expect stylish fits, timeless footwear, and neutral numbers galore.
H&M X MAGDA BUTRYM
On March 7th, H&M announced: “H&M is proud to announce a special collaboration with the celebrated Polish ready-towear designer Magda Butrym. A collection of womenswear, accessories and jewelry will be available at hm.com and in select stores on April 24, 2025” Throughout the entire 45-piece collab, you’ll notice romantic themes, including florals, ruffles, rich colors, and feminine tailoring. According to the statement, this amorous aesthetic was driven by Magda Butrym’s most beloved silhouettes from the last decade. A few designs even drew inspiration from the atelier’s archive, like the dresses decorated with petals, wide-shouldered suits, and structured oversized coats.

Fusing the sportswear brand’s high-performance silhouettes with the Italian fashion house’s bold aesthetic, the lineup boasts four colors red, charcoal, baby blue, and beige. The collaboration features tropical and vintage-inspired prints that embodies the spirit of adventure. The vacationworthy resort wear includes colorful and patterned dresses, jumpsuits, button-downs, shorts, bucket hats, summer scarves, and more across womenswear and menswear.
Menswear Takeover
THE REAL REASON MENSWEAR IS TAKING OVER THE RUNWAYS….
Fashion is always the indicator of what’s to come. For instance, in the Roaring Twenties, flapper dresses symbolized a shift toward women’s liberation. Style also represents what’s currently happening in society. A prime example of this is the rise of menswear in the fashion industry.
Suiting has long been a symbol of power and control, something women are tirelessly fighting for amid the country’s current climate. In modern-day society there is a need for women to dress in ways that will assert said power which is why we are seeing an explosion of androgynous style.
MAYBE WE CAN BLAME IT ON BEYONCE BUT…
Western wear is going to continue to be a point of focus in 2025. That said, the look is going less hoedown and more downtown, as designers throw in some modern elements to elevate the look. As seen in recent runway shows like Etro, models sported exaggerated fringed bandanas around their necks to complement boho mini dresses & riding boots. At Dsquared2, cowboy hats were layered on baseball caps and paired with micro-mini shorts, leather outerwear and corsets compiled of stacked leather belts
Luxurious Leggings
WITH THE BOHO AESTHETIC IN FULL FORCE, IT’S
OFFICIALLY THE SEASON FOR FRINGE…
Perhaps its the effect of the ‘60s and ‘70s fashion revivals inspired by Palm Royale and A Complete Unknown, but groovy, spirited fringe is everywhere these days. The finish seems to be picking up steam for fall, showing up on handbags at Versace and Sportmax and splashed all over formal looks s at Salvatore Ferragamo.
LEGGINGS AREN’T JUST FOR THE GYM THIS YEAR…
The early 2000s staple that you thought would never resurface outside the gym again has done just that. In fact, brands like Diesel, Jil Sander, and Gucci all showcased sleek leggings with formal wear staples like tweed skirts, blazers, and fur coats, making a strong case for the fitted pant’s comeback. Leggings and luxury aren’t often two words you see in the same sentence but designers during FW2025 fashion weeks seem to be on a mission to change how leggings are perceived.

BOLD STATEMENT BAUBLES FOR THE WIN…
For 2025, its not just about sophisticated metals anymore; we are seeing a refresh of color for seasons to come, mostly through a contemporary beaded approach. These bold baubles not only add a great pop of color but are also a great way to add some eclectic flair to your look. It’s important to note that sizing for these statement beads is quite large, everything about the look should be intentionally oversized.
WE ARE SO FUR REAL, AND LOVING IT!
Zsa Zsa Gabor would have a field day with the fur (and faux fur) renaissance taking flight these past few seasons. And while classic, neutral-colored teddy coats are par for the course in the cold weather months, the fall/winter 2025 runways are kicking things up a notch, showcasing fuzzy outerwear in multidimensional finishes. First, there were the color-blocked looks at Fendi and Marni. Then, Tod’s showcased luxe full-length coats with imprinted shapes in contrasting colors.
