EVA DURANGO How did you come up the Name for this Project? I came up with the name of this project because I have knowledge in marketing, managing, communications, and Human Resources. I also worked on the radio, modeling, and I was a Beauty Queen. My publications can be found online "Eva Durango" I've also helped and continue helping so many people obtaining jobs in my work field and I decided it was time to create my own Organization. An organization where I can apply and broaden all my skills that I have acquired with my previous experience.

What was your motivation in starting this organization? My first motivation was the Organization I work, it does not empower women and ignores the potential they have. I also realize that if I can make this company thousands of dollars I can also do the same for myself. It’s sad but this is reality, we see it on T.V and the news everyday how women don't received the correct treatment. My other motivation are my Father and Mother. They gave me the best education that any child can obtain at home; values, morals, and their own example of achievement in their life. This is my biggest motivation and the reason I created this Organization and make something of my own. I've realized long ago that I don't want to be just a worker, I want to be the company. How long have you had this project? I’ve been working at this project for a while now, about 5 years. Is not easy to just open up a business and start from 0. There are a lot of things that need to be accomplished before you can get where you want to but is not impossible. I realized I needed to be determined and continue to pursuing my goals. I just launched my online Apparel Company with Shopify.com, and I'm loving it! How will the industry be affected by your organization? It will be affected in a positive way, all I want is an independent company that could eventually create jobs and inspired others to build their own.

How can someone who is interested in assisting your organization find out what it’s all about? They can email me at bookeva718@gmail.com . Attn: Durango Enterprise LLCAlso on Facebook Eva Durango , IG @Eva_durango , http://evahotstuff.myshopify.com

How can your organization be of beneficial service to other businesses? My purpose is to collaborate with others business with the purpose to sell a product. Sharing profit, to expose my company name, so others know who I am and keep building from there. I will be donating a significant amount to a Breast Cancer Organization. I have always felt the need to give back and this is a great way to do so. At the same time I want to educate and empower other women on how to network and create their own business in whatever niche they’re in. All you need is an inspiration and the wiliness to want to make a difference in your life and perhaps others too.

Any final thoughts for anyone in need of your services? My final thoughts are to anyone who is interested in changing their life, to take that step and if they need to know where and how to begin I'm here to help them. There are so many opportunities out there. Is up to us to start. "Don't let adversity hold your plans. Kick those stones to the side and keep moving."

POWER WEB DESIGNZ by Gilena Johnson

How long have you had this project? I've been doing consulting, marketing, and sales for last decade. Power Web Designz LLC has been in business since June of 2017.

How did you come up the Name for this Project? Power Web Designz was founded in 2017 by two individuals who were puzzled by a simple question when they walked out a local Miami eatery. “Why wasn’t this place on yelp or Google, where has this food been all my life? Yes, dramatic but it was a very valid question; had it not been for walking by it smelling the food on empty stomach this place would have remained a mystery to them. It is a commonality for smaller businesses not have a website or strong web presence due to costs and technical resources. The two founders both coming from families full of business owners from barbers, tailors, realtors, and more; they set out to close the gap of internet presence amongst

What was your motivation in starting this organization? I have been doing marketing, consulting, and sales at the enterprise level for the past 7 years. However, I have always been hands on within the community. That means every time someone had a question about business or needed my aid I was more than willing. That sparked dozens of passion projects. Although I would successfully help them; I always was vexed with the fact I did have all the resources and time to be a constant presence for them. So when tragedy in the form of a car accident struck I had time to sit still and plan my next move without additional noise. Someone once told me your kids can't inherit a job. I don't have any yet, but that struck me deep. So versus just making other companies millions, I decided to put the proper investment into myself. With the talents that Jeremy the CTO brings to the table it was natural fit. Plus I want to see the businesses around me thrive. Think about this; in the climate of racial bias now it is more crucial than ever to thrive. Who will protect my family, be the village for my future children; the guy who runs the local restaurant, the barber will give advice, the shop keeper will watch them cross the streets. It is that necessity that drives me.

How long have you had this project? I've been doing consulting, marketing, and sales for last decade. Power Web Designz LLC has been in business since June of 2017. How will the industry be affected by your organization? We want to be disruptive to the market by bridging the gap between these established small businesses and technology. So we offer the best in customer service, real education, and helping businesses become more self-sufficient. I also think the end to end aspect gives you 1 throat to choke. That means 1 firm that does it all versus getting all these various agencies to help you and hope they are communicating well between each other. How can someone who is interested in assisting your organization find out what it’s all about? We can be reached at www.powerwebdesignz.com and be followed on all social media @powerwebdesignz How can your organization be of beneficial service to other businesses? We do enterprise level work without the enterprise price tag. So we are attainable for all business types, budgets, and experience. We cater to the person who has a business idea and unsure of how to get started all the way to the established businesses looking for more customers and revenue to expand. We power the way the world will see their businesses.

Any final thoughts for anyone in need of your service? We sell with the customer in mind. That means we aren't selling services and solutions based on sales quotas and necessity. We sell according to what the customer really needs, and we are not afraid and integral enough to say no, or not yet let’s mature into that. We know a good experience breeds continual business and referrals. Whereas buyers’ remorse and bad experience travels at the speed of light.

I say we Boycott Waffle House. Here’s why I feel why? Waffle House is an American Restaurant Chain Eat 1955 in more than 25 states with well over 2000 locations. With most of the locations based in the south. 60 plus years in existence you would think that they would want to keep their Good Name. Perhaps By bracing the media with an apology by the President of Waffle House. Or what about our lovely president of the United States why hasn’t he prepared a speech to the public regarding these drastic occurrences that have happened.

Story by Nichelle La’ Belle

Waffle House has a history of supporting conservative republicans. The republicans control the masses and the media. Media is bringing up Bill Cosby Antics again so we can make fun of the poor guy. He was TVs African American dad icon. They want us to make fun and carry it out longer. By keeping us blinded Why not Stay Woke and start fighting. One way would be to Boycott the Waffle House. The same way we need to boycott many other companies and #buy-black right now start supporting local businesses small mom and pop stores owned by our own Kings and Queens. By supporting each other we bring the strength in our numbers. On April 23 Videos show officers in Saraland confronting Chikesia Clemons, where she kept asking police “what have I done” at one point she was grabbed from the chair and tossed to the ground. 2 officers wrestle the woman exposing her breast and panties. The woman kept demanding “what are you doing” still wrestling. Hearing the police officer in the back say ‘I’m about to break your arm that’s what I’m about to do” one replies The mother stated that her daughter was patiently waiting for the manager since they insisted on charging her for silverware she asked to speak to a manager. Which ultimately lead to an arrest for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Travis Renking of Antioch TN Suspect shooter is in custody. Having mental health issues prior to the shooting has been accused of murdering four people and injuring four others in a mass shooting at the Antioch restaurant last month plans to handle his own offense. I hope dude gets whatever he is looking for. Whatever his agenda is we as a people need to seek justice. May 11, 2018 a young man who had just takin his little sister to prom was choked and slammed to the ground outside a waffle house. We are living in an age where true racism exist. They don’t love us. If they did, they would treat us as the Kings and Queens that we are.

Why not Boycott a Waffle House today.
