A Message From Our CEO

I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve embarked on together since I first reached out to you in July of last year. Back then, I shared my excitement about stepping into the role of CEO and my commitment to transforming our company into one that not only delivers exceptional client service but also fosters a culture where our team members thrive.

Fast forward to today, and I’m thrilled to announce that the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2024 were record-breaking for our company—the best two quarters we’ve ever seen! This achievement is a testament to your hard work, dedication, and willingness to embrace the changes we’ve implemented. Together, we’re proving that the vision we set out to achieve isn’t just possible—it’s happening right now.

When I spoke to you about the changes we were planning, I mentioned how these had already been successfully implemented at Mayo Strategic Advisors in Augusta. Seeing those results duplicated across our branches has been nothing short of inspiring. Not only are we growing profitably, but we’re also making significant strides in managing workloads, improving internal operations, and enhancing the overall client experience.

This success didn’t come without effort. It required each of us to step out of our comfort zones, adapt to new processes, and collaborate in ways we hadn’t before. But as I promised, the outcome is worth it. We are well on our way to becoming the innovative accounting and advisory company that clients seek out and that top talent wants to be part of.

Looking ahead, our focus remains on building a unified company culture, continuing to refine our client services, and attracting new talent who share our vision. I will continue visiting branches, listening to your feedback, and ensuring that our momentum doesn’t slow down.

As we pause to celebrate these milestones, let’s also keep our eyes on the future. I have no doubt that when we look back at this time a year from now, we’ll see not just record-breaking numbers but a thriving company that’s setting new standards in our industry.

Thank you for your hard work, your resilience, and your commitment to this shared vision. Together, we are changing the way our clients think about accounting—and

Helpful Tips

Consistency Counts!

As we continue to build and strengthen our company’s brand, it’s crucial that every piece of communication reflects our current identity. Consistent branding not only reinforces our image but also ensures professionalism and clarity in all our interactions.

To maintain this standard, we’re asking everyone to take a moment to update their email signatures and ensure you’re using the latest version of our letterhead. Here’s why this matters:

1. Professionalism: Up-to-date signatures and letterheads demonstrate our commitment to quality and attention to detail.

2. Brand Consistency: Using the latest materials ensures that our branding is uniform across all communications, helping to build a cohesive image.

3. Accurate Information: Updating your signature ensures that all contact details and company information are current and accurate.

4. Online Presence: Keeping your LinkedIn profile up to date with accurate company details and branding ensures that your personal and company representation aligns with our professional standards, enhancing both personal and corporate credibility online.

“What’s Your Favorite Thing About Your City?”

Peachtree City, GA

What I love about the city I work in (Peachtree City) is:

Drake Field – which is a beautiful acre park on a Lake Peachtree.  It has a walking trail, bench swing that overlooks the lake, large pavilion, unmotorized boat launches and best of all holds many special events for the community.

It has plenty of good restaurants and local shops.

It is a community filled with a network of multi-use paths for golf carts, hiking and bikes. The golf carts make the surrounding scenes look fun and lively.  Many carts are all decked out with favorite sports teams, etc., and decorating with Christmas decorations during the season.

“What’s Your Favorite Thing About Your City?”

Stockton-on-Tees

1. Hosting town of Stockton International Riverside Festival –Famous musicians and comedians from all over the world come to perform here every summer. The Beatles played here too!

2. Beautiful Nature Reserves and Parks on our doorstep to enjoy on a hot summers day

3. Food is great, North East of England’s favourite dish a “Parmo” goes down a treat for everyone here in Stockton.

4. Stockton has industrial heritage we are proud of, the worlds first public railway ran through Stockton which played a pivotal role in the town’s industrial heritage.
