From the tender of the project to conclusion of the defects and maintenance period, Mahmoud is in constant contact with the professional team, the client and the construction team. Mahmoud has managed a multitude of projects which include commercial, residential, hotel, education and healthcare projects.
Habib offering over 9 years of continual experience in planning, executing & spearheading construction of multi-disciplinary projects involving design & engineering, scheduling, estimating, cost control, budgeting, cost optimization, value engineering, time & change management and adopting modern methodologies in compliance with quality standards.
He is responsible for review and check the Architectural drawings, making sure the concept design, shop drawings and material data is incorporates with technical reviews, evaluate the architectural submittals drawings, report, and sample materials , following completion of construction in preparation for project handover. He is also managing “RFCs”, Request for Clarification and “TQ’s” Technical Query’s from the client’s and contractors, checking and reviewing the change requests by client and variations submitted by the consultant designer and contractor, conducting onsite observations, inspection & survey to resolve constructability issues.
He is responsible for detail engineering with safety factor in the design, basic & detail engineering for provision of earthing pits of electrical installation.
He is managing all technical and financial engineering activities for all ongoing projects, initiate and mange project’s planning process, review and approve design concepts during design stages, perform related measures for budget and cash flow controls, estimation & tendering of projects, recruiting staff and engineers, administration and management of all the subcontract agreements with national and internal contractors and suppliers.

Diplomat Bakery & Cafe Fast Track are proud to confirm we have completed and handed over to our client the prestigious Diplomat Bakery and cafe. Elevation Burger Riyadh restaurant fitting contractor in the Saudi Arabia, Fast Track are fully conversant with the demand for almost zero tolerances with finishes and gridlines that are required on any fit outs. Another prestigious installation carried out and completed with the highest compliments from our client. We are preferred contractor for Elevation Burger carrying out several fit outs last year and in the process of negotiating we understand to be all of 2014 installations as their valued partner. Fuchia Bakery The design concept for this project is all about being casual and classy at the same time. The design avoids ultra contemporary elements but instead, welcomes a rich mixture of traditional and industrial design components. Whether you are up for a cup of cappuccino in the morning, croissants at lunch, donuts in the early afternoon or brownies in the evening, you can expect to enjoy it in a casual but yet classy environment. HB Created a space with a strong functional ow that supports and enhance the consumption of exquisite food. Making sure that the diner can see, smell and taste the food without distraction whilst the front of house effortless operates the space around them. On Fire Another iconic project for Fast Track, vibrant colors & creative display of items helped form a lovely On Fire Shop that Serves Mexican Cuisine. We wanted not only to maintain but to intensify the modern beauty of On ďŹ re chain of restaurants. The feedback from client has been good and First customers agree that the new branch has contributed to a renewed feeling of Shawarma. Shawermix Situated in Anas bin Malek, the restaurant features both the modern design of making the interior as contemporized & decorative as possible without disturbing the staff workow and following the safety regulatinos to allow also the grandiose design to take form. Location: Rekal Plaza, Anas Bin Malek Road, Exit 7. Timeline: 10 Weeks
Popeyes In this fast food shop, the place is painted in bright colors that look cool and sweet to the eyes. The ceiling is colored tomato red with a dome in the middle that resembles an upside down cup with a blizzard of different flavors. Round, fluffy pendant lights are installed in the dome to lighten up the whoel area. Modern furniture was used to give the place a casual feel. The dining area is framed using orange and red painted panels. Orange works well with the brand bringing energy to the space. This entire interior is colorful and full of light. It offers a fresh, delicious, and joyful atmosphere meant to attract and make all the possible customers feel satisfied.
Alasmak The goal of the design was the name of the cafe to speak for itself. Saudi Fisheries aim was to deliver a simply beautiful and unique dining experience that is worth repeating – and we made sure that the interior design reflected just that The place is brightly lit but feels snug and cozy; it is classic but fresh. Saudi is a county rich in food, oil and culture. Saudis have a passion for sharing genuine hospitality with family and friends. The design that we made commits to bring this experience home to you. Urban Located in the vibrant downtown area of Riyadh, Urban is bringing food taste from different countries. Space used to attract customers for a quick bite to eat or a quite drink. Wood planks are ďŹ xed on each wall around the room and mood lighting was installed to set a calm and luxurious environment. Restaurant with an open view kitchen engaging customers to creative chef-in-action. Vanellis Since 1981, Vanellis has been serving fresh Italian food across Middle East. As part of the MTY Group, Vanellis has now grown to over 100 units worldwide and continuing to grow and expand to meet customers’ needs. Vanellis branch of Riyadh is an exceptional, impressive space. Developed to achieve exotic and friendly atmosphere. We used sustainable finishing with an eye on details. It is to create and build unique retail space reflecting the restaurant's main concept. Materials used are natural concrete floor finish, painting, quality marble and contrast furniture.
Yamal Through a process of value management and engineering, this commercial ďŹ t out project was brought within budget, whilst still delivering the desired outcome to a delighted Client. The bespoke nature of the design compliments the design mix within the busiest public area. Site logistics and safety of the general public was achieved through effective procedures and management. With thousands of visitors a day surrounding the site and access through a live pedestrian walkway this project was delivered without incident.
Bass Tawook The site of this project is located on King Abdullah road, Riyadh. It consists of boutiques, hotel suites and residential apartments. The use of architectural space and landscaping are adopted to create a welcoming and relaxed ambience, a style that reminds urban sophistication and modernism, giving the residence a calm and restful public space. This development also fully considered the urban visual impact affected by its future development.
Spoon Me International Ice Cream This unique retail concept puts the spotlight on the ice cream-making experience. Fun and modern, it’s a place that encourages tweens to party, experiment and just hang out. The design challenge of the store was to make it stand out from the immediate chaos. We redesigned to the latest trends and requirements in terms of architecture and amenities, accommodating modern look and feel with increasing demand for low maintenance and energy efďŹ ciency.
Sultan Ahmet FastTrack created a sophisticated dining experience with the feel of an urban market. The central dining venue encircled by an array of high communal tables and lounge chairs offer a range of seating options. Exposed concrete oors mix with warm woods, blackened steel, bronze and stone to complement the building’s exterior. Sultan Ahmet is soulful urban restaurant with a modern street-style casual atmosphere, serving a delicious range of doner kebabs and a sizzling selection of grills. They take pride in its authentic Turkish heritage, that is presented through contemporary interpretations, making it easy for the target audience to relate to. Sleek colours and iconic branding, makes easy to identify and differentiate from the competition.
Retail
Jewellery We have just completed another successful project for a famous jewellery retailer. We were involved in every aspect of the project. From the initial creation of the conceptual design and approval with the landlord’s representatives, through to the delivery of the full turn-key installation of their magnificent new premises, running the project as the Principal Contractor. Management of the mechanical services installation, including the air conditioning and ventilation systems. Sprinkler and security systems and the installation of power, fire alarm and lighting systems. Incorporating energy efficient LED lighting, flooring, decoration and the manufacturing and installation of all of custom made joinery (including window and wall display showcases, jewellery counters and tower display units). This was an immensely difficult project to manage with so much happening on a compact site, in such a short space of time. Project coordination was key, in delivering this project successfully, within budget and on time.
Al Salman Optics The Fast Track was appointed to be responsible for the design& build and delivery of the -2000 sqm retail store on one of Riyadh’s most prestigious shopping areas. The building has extraordinary architectural features; the entrance to the store is flanked by a wide window looking in on the sales area and providing a splendid luminosity for the whole of the single-volume ambience inside. The flagship store was designed and developed with the same spirit that the Saudi based brand breathes into all its collections, detailing luxury and modern elegance.
