WHAT DOES THIS JOB AND WORKING AT THIS COMPANY MEAN TO YOU? I began working at SPS as a Maintenance Tech and through several promotions I became the Service Manager. I have taken these opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. I owe a lot of credit to our owner Dave Thompson who believed in me and gave me the tools to succeed in my positions. Swimming Pool Services to me means growth and freedom. I personally love working at a place where I am not just a number, I am a team member. I work with a fantastic team of individuals who care deeply about what we do and strive to improve our services and products. We do projects for amazing families and there is no greater satisfaction to me than seeing a family thrilled and happy after we have turned their backyard dream into a reality.
