Todd’s passion for food and his ethos behind the restaurant’s “thoughtful dining” concept is the masterful blend of fresh ingredients and seasonal local produce. The Melbourne-based chef moved to Brisbane in 2009, which allowed him to share dining experiences Melbourne is renowned for and to kick off the fashionable dining trend in Brisbane.
