Setbacks and failures in life are inevitable, why do we still handle them so poorly? When we don’t learn to deal with the setbacks properly, we are caught in a negative vicious cycle where we keep harping on what has happened to us rather than moving forward. We can certainly learn to deal with life’s challenges more effec tively if we learn to deal with setbacks in life in a positive way. For that firstly, let us understand –
