CHRISTMAS EVENTS 2019 Christmas lights Switch on by Mayor of Halstead, in the Halstead Public Gardens, at 4.30pm on Saturday 30 November 2019.

The Annual Torchlight Procession

and Town Carol Service. This traditional event will take place on Wednesday 4 December 2019 starting at the top of High Street. Torches will be handed out from 6.15pm, for a start time of 7pm. There will first be the blessing of the crib around the Christmas Tree at Market Hill and then a procession will walk down the high street, to Bridge Street and Trinity Street arriving at the Halstead Public Gardens

Senior Citizens’ Christmas Parties

To be held on Thursday 28 November and Friday 29 November 2019. The parties are hosted by Halstead Town Council for Senior Citizens who joined the programme of Summer Outings during the year.

Parties are by invitation only and are held at Queens Hall, Halstead; doors open at 4pm.
