If you are the user of Windows 7: Go to Start menu. Select Control Panel from the list. Click Appearance and Personalization from the displayed options. Go to Folder Options and click the View tab. Select Show hidden files, folders, and drives under the section of ‘Advanced settings’. Lastly, save your changes by clicking Apply button.
