A growing family and a penchant for hosting were the main motivations behind this beautiful home renovation. The six-month process took the dated house to a light and bright functional family home. The homeowners moved into the house in 2014 with no plan to remodel, but as they lived in the home and after having their third child, it was clear that some updating needed to be done. The couple took about a year to thoughtfully create a design in their heads before they brought it to Tobias Marmin Construction. “It was a 90’s wonder, golden oak everywhere with lots of carpet, lots of walls, and oak banisters,” the homeowner explains, “We just blasted everything.” What came together after demo is a classic, timeless look that the homeowners love.
