ABOUT THE IFL The Indoor Football League (IFL) is a professional indoor football league consisting of ten teams from across the country each playing a 14-game schedule. The IFL was formed in 2009 out of a merger of the United Football League (UIF) and the Intense Football League (IFL) and the league will be celebrating its eleventh season of play in 2019. The IFL has common goals of entertaining fans in IFL communities as well as developing talented and deserving players to play at the next level.

The players, my coaching staff, and myself are all very excited about this 2019 season and our inaugural season as members of the Indoor Football League (IFL). We look forward to putting together a season everyone here in Bismarck, Mandan and the surrounding areas can be proud of. As you know, you and your energy are a huge part of the game-day experience and we can’t wait to see, hear and feel your loud, rambunctious and supportive 9th Man Spirit! Thanks again and I look forward to meeting all of our Bucks Fans.

NAME: Mike Tatum HEIGHT: 5’10” WEIGHT: 170 lbs POSITION: WR NUMBER: #23

Mike Tatum was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He is a father of four. His kids are Angel - 10 Avante - 9, and twin girls MaKayla and MaKyla - 6. Tatum’s family currently resides in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Tatum is a 10 year veteran of the Indoor Football League and has obtained many awards. In 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2012 he was named the CIFL Special Teams player of the year. From 2013 to 2018 he was a United Bowl Champion for the Sioux Falls Storm. Mike has played in four games for our Bismarck Bucks, and has contributed to each in a big way. He has accumulated 19 receptions, 257 yards, and has averaged 64.3 yards per game as well as 13.5 yards per catch which has led to 3 touchdowns. Tatum has proven himself as a useful tool to the Bismarck Bucks, and a force to be reckoned with in regards to the competition!

A WORD FROM THE COMMISSIONER IFL BEGINS ITS ELEVENTH SEASON OF PLAY IN 2019 Dear IFL Fans, Welcome to the 2019 Indoor Football League season! On behalf of the entire IFL, I would like to thank each and everyone of you for helping make the IFL such a continued success. Going into our eleventh season of play, the passion and dedication of IFL fans around the country outshines that of any other league and it allows our teams, coaches, and players to excel in a sport that they love. In an offeseason filled with growth, the IFL is proud to field four new teams in 2019! The addition of the Bismarck Bucks, Quad City Steamwheelers, San Diego Strike Force and the Tucson Sugar Skulls helps create new and exciting regional rivalries all across the country! The talent level in the IFL has never been higher as we continue to attract some of the best athletes from all regions of the country. In addition to seeing fast-paced, high-energy football, our member teams have dedicated themselves to making your game-day experience affordable, family-friendly and as fun as possible. •10 Feet Wide by 18-20 feet tall •10 Feet above the ground • Hung from arena ceiling

SIDELINES COACHES

• Each Team may have one coach on the field during play • Offensive and Defensive Coordinators typically switch possessions

FIELD OF PLAY

TIME OF PLAY

• 50 Yards long with 8 yard endzones • 28 Yards Wide • Marked every 5 yards with wall-to-wall lines • 12” hash marks begin 5 ft from center of field

OFFENSE

• 8 Players on the field • 4 Players line up on line of scrimmage • Two Players may be in forward motion

KICKING

• Punting is Illegal • Kickoffs are from the goal line • Kickers may use 1” tee

• Four 15 Minute quarters • 20 Minute halftime • Two 90-second media timeouts per quarter • 60 second warning at end of both halves

DEFENSE

• 8 Players on the Field • 3 Down Linemen

TEAM ROSTERS

• 21 Active Players • 4 Player practice squad

OVERTIME RULES • No limit to the number of OT periods • Each consists of a series by each offense

• Dasher Boards mark sidelines • Approx. 4 Ft in height •Padded to protect players • Made of 3-5” high-density foam • Teams use them to promote businesses

SCORING

• Touchdowns are 6 pts • Conversion place kicks are 1 point • Conversion pass or run is 2 points • Field Goals are 3 pts • A safety is 2 pts • A rouge is 1 point

2019 PLAYOFF FORMAT Starting Date: June 21, 2019 Number of Teams:6 Number of Rounds: 3 Qualifiers: The top six highest seeded teams qualify for the postseason

WEEK 1: FIRST ROUND

• The #3 Seed will host the the #6 Seed

• The #4 Seed will host the the #5 Seed • The #1 and # 2 seeds will recieve a bye

WEEK 2: SECOND ROUND

WEEK 3: LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP

• The #1 Seed will host the lowest remaining seed • The higher seeded Conference Champion will host • The #2 Seed will host the highest remaining seed the lower seeded Conference Champion. • The winner of this game will be crowned United • Winners advance to United Bowl Championship Bowl Champion
